1 /5 Cindi Mallicoat: Worst experience. Ever! I broke my leg and was seen in North Valley emergency room. The ER doctor did my pre-op labs then gave report to MidValley Orthopedics as ready to go to surgery. Instead of scheduling my surgery, I had to wait until the next week to get an appointment, to come to the office before surgery could be scheduled. No exam was done. I feel that just meeting the surgeon was an unnecessary delay. Then, despite having no cardiac symptoms or history, I was denied surgery when I arrived at MidValleyHospital. (???!) So I had to get an appointment in Wenatchee Ortho. I was approved for surgery but by that time it was too late. Due to all the horrible delays, I developed a blood clot. Now I have terrible lifelong pain in my leg that cant be fixed now. I also have to take expensive and dangerous blood thinners the rest of my life. If you value life and limb, go straight away to Wenatchee!

flannery safran: On my first visit I was excited to find a dr. that might be thorough and provide me with some answers. The second time I saw him for follow up he was dismissive and misogynistic. He told me my request for an mri would not be granted “because I don’t write for mri’s based on curiosity” get out of here mr. Baby boomer. I have been In pain for months and have lost the use of my arm. I definitely do not recommend this dr. I can’t say there are many better options out there and that is the sad part.

Cherie Gardenhire: Worst "healthcare" Ive ever experienced. I was told I could only get blood work at a lab an hour from my house, was told today I cant refill my meds because my insurance is inactive and i havent had blood work. They prevously refused to take my recent blood work from a different provider, refused to allow me to schedule in a lab close to my home, and incorrectly accused me of having no insurance. I called insurance and it is active, so they are backwards in every way possible. Now I get to withdrawl from my anti depressants and ride with high blood pressure until I find a competent provider. Absolutely horrible service in every way and I would highly discourage going here if you want healthcare

Hillary Kuehn: The Doctor that I saw at this clinic was kind and reassuring when my pregnancy has a complication. One ultrasound technician was kind; one was not. The reason for the 2 star review is that they overcharged me for a copay on each visit, then when I called to sort out where the extra money had gone they informed me they had credited it to other accounts I have with Franciscan. I don’t mind that it was put to good use, but please send some evidence or ask if I want that done or a refund. Better yet, get it right the first time so there’s no extra amount to deal with. Overall my experience with Franciscan had been that the care providers are competent and compassionate, but the billing office is completely the opposite. I have never encountered anywhere with so many ill trained employees. I can call 5 times with the same question and get 5 different answers, most of them wrong. My list of grievances is ever growing, so I cannot and will not recommend Franciscan. The stress of dealings with the business office is not something any new parent or ill person needs in their life.
