1 /5 sudie Larsen: One star is a very generous review we are giving TRA Medical Imaging in Tacoma General -5 will be our review have we had the option to do that. We didn’t receive any bills nor a phone call as they are stating they called us. They sent the bill for $22.75 directly to collection. Be aware of that and make sure what has happened to us doesn’t happen to you.

1 /5 Paddy Laushot: Had an imaging appt today, didnt realize the check in process had changed. Yvette the person checking people in was rude about the new process. After completing the new check in process again Yvette met us with extremely rude and condescending attitude after I asked when the process had changed, Yvette responded its always been this way, I replied no Ive been before and it changed, Yvette got loud and was like no. Im like Ive been coming for 20 years and before i could finish Yvette was like and Ive been here 33, it didnt change. When we sat down my fiance said how unprofessional she was and Yvette snapped at us again, what did you say. I told Yvette what we said how she was being unprofessional, then when another associate was leaving Yvette engaged with them trying to prove her point. Thats when I asked for her name, told her again how her behavior was uncalled for, unprofessional and rude. The image tech then let me know they changed the process during covid. This entire interaction was unnecessary and could have been handled a completely more productive and professional manner. Disappointed in Tacoma General.

4 /5 Miranda Gomez: Went for gender reveal ultrasound and was super excited. Only to be told in error my appt had been scheduled for same day and time the next year. Had to reschedule and wait another week (eternity when waiting to find out) but the receptionist was sweet and apologetic and gave me a $5 Starbucks card and $5 gas card to make up for it.

2 /5 Hillary N: Hit or miss with the techs you get. The hospital administration doesn’t want to provide them with the tables they need, so they bitterly resent patients who lack the desired level of mobility. Queer patients need to be careful: the television set in the examination room is set to play the 700 club during your appointment.

1 /5 Kristine Valencia: Had my knee X-rayed here in January 2022 for fractured patella. They did not take an X-ray from top as Kaiser did which would have showed the piece broken off my patella. (Tacoma General also couldn’t get my X-rays from Kaiser, no idea why). Got a bill in mid-May for $8.25 (after Medicare and secondary insurance paid) from some outfit in Oaks PA threatening to send me to collections if not paid within 10 days. Who are these people??!!
