Franciscan Maternal-Fetal Medicine Associates at St. Joseph - Tacoma
Hillary Kuehn: The Doctor that I saw at this clinic was kind and reassuring when my pregnancy has a complication. One ultrasound technician was kind; one was not. The reason for the 2 star review is that they overcharged me for a copay on each visit, then when I called to sort out where the extra money had gone they informed me they had credited it to other accounts I have with Franciscan. I don’t mind that it was put to good use, but please send some evidence or ask if I want that done or a refund. Better yet, get it right the first time so there’s no extra amount to deal with. Overall my experience with Franciscan had been that the care providers are competent and compassionate, but the billing office is completely the opposite. I have never encountered anywhere with so many ill trained employees. I can call 5 times with the same question and get 5 different answers, most of them wrong. My list of grievances is ever growing, so I cannot and will not recommend Franciscan. The stress of dealings with the business office is not something any new parent or ill person needs in their life.

MultiCare Tacoma General Hospital ED Pharmacy - Tacoma
Kim Morris: Since my forced conversion to Bonney Lake pharmacy, dealing with my medications has become a nightmare. Multiple scripts for the same medication with no ability to clean up make navigating the refill section no simple task. The “can’t delivery to home due to distance” for one med but not others, makes no sense. Adding to this frustration now is a ridiculous increase in my diabetic medications. Telling me the medications have changed tiers does not assist me in anyway and when asked what they do cover “metformin” was the only other choice. Been there, done that one. Didn’t work. Maybe that’s why is covered. No thanks. The staff working there is just short of rude. Telling me you’re trying to help but offering no real solutions just wastes both our time. The one plus is the pharmacist who calls to check on any new medication I have started. Knowledgeable, understanding and offers actual advice and possible alternatives. The part that scares me the most….i work for this company with several degrees behind my name. If I find this challenging, what are our patients coping?

Robert Ramirez: Where do I start..? 2017. This Doctor???, stated that I was a drug addict. Nothing was wrong with me. After months of Therapy? I got an MRI. The arm, bicep tendon was almost tore in half. Emergency surgery. 2024. My foot was broken as diagnosed by a surgeon. Archie, (No Doctor) said their was nothing wrong with me. 3 months later... I am waiting for an LNI surgery. Do not listen to this man!! Multicare should be ashamed of themselves.
Dr. John N. Daniel, MD - Puyallup
ZIFNAB_FIZBAN: I wish I could give a better review, but I just simply cant. Dr. Daniel seems like a nice man, he seems to care and thats great. However finding out any information about a sleep study and ZERO follow-up, or having to pay over $ 100.00 to have a prescription renewed is just wrong. A 3 second phone call to renew a prescription cost me $ 104.60. That is just a money grab folks. I dont need anymore people taking money out of my pocket. Adios Dr. Daniel - your staff made this experience a terrible one for me. I wont be going back - ever.
