2 /5 Kristy V: This place is fine. Dr. Daniel is fine. Jennifer, the one in charge of fitting and setting up the CPAP/BiPAP, is phenomenal. The lady that facilitated the overnight study, whom I believe has since moved away, was engaging and comforting.
However, I would not recommend this place because the billing system is HORRIBLE. The phone numbers that I have been directed to have answering machines that direct to different numbers with people saying that they have never been able to take payments, and that is the easiest part. One person told me that I was going to go to collections unless I told the person the next month to reference him specifically, and the next month I was told that they didnt know whom I was talking about. They are only open specific days and hours to take payments, they told me that they took my insurance but Im left paying thousands, they keep billing me for supplies Ive never received.
If you can reach Jennifer (its tough), she can help and answer questions. And one of the payment places has a lady named Edna. If you talk to Edna (super nice!), she can help with one of your bills.
Again, though, if the billing/insurance situation could get taken care of, its a good enough place that I would go back, but as a whole this experience has been very unpleasant.
**Edit** Minutes after writing this, I called the office to try to pay my bills. (I have been told multiple times to call the office to pay.) The answering machine picked up, said not to pay bills here, for supplies call one number, when I did, it was a machine saying, "Thanks for calling the reservation office, if you have an existing reservation do this..."
When I called the number for office payments, it beeped in my ear and said that "This number is not in service..."
All I want to do is be responsible and pay my bills on time.
