5 /5 Brian Miller: I cant Thank Dr Bak, Nurse Bob, and the office staff enough for all going out of their way to successfully treat me. I was in sheer agony when trying to void with a sudden almost complete blockage. Bob screened me, and realizing it would be beyond a short notice "nurse visit", called in Dr Bak. A KIND man of few words with a Heart of Gold, Dr Bak quickly realized a Cytoscopy was necessary. After a minimal wait time Bob prepped the procedure room and helped get me ready. Shortly afterwards Dr Bak came in and within a couple of minutes with a minimum of pain that was a mere fraction of the agony I was experiencing when trying to pee, he extracted a sharp-edged stone nearly the size of my little fingertip from my urethra. I AM SOOOO GRATEFUL TO YOU DR. BAK & YOUR ENTIRE STAFF! GOD BLESS YOU ALL!

5 /5 Andrew Lowell: I am very thankful for the care I received here. The nurses and staff were the best! They helped me through the whole ordeal with a surgery and follow up and displayed nothing but professionalism throughout.

3 /5 Arianna Carlile: For the most part fine. Staff are nice and accommodating. Was running late my first visit and they made the effort to get me in anyways, very grateful. Saw Dr. Bak. He is quick an efficient, but comes at a cost of some bedside manners. At most recent appointment, specifically requested numbing to have a drainage tube removed, was ignored, and excuse given was that they wouldnt have been able to numb my kidney. Sure, but you can numb the skin and muscle that the tube also had to go out of. Was unnecessary to put someone who is clearly already in pain through all of that when some was preventable. Even if you try to advocate for yourself they will ignore it, didnt even let me know they were going to pull the tube out before it was done, could have prepared myself mentally, held my partners hand, etc. Definitely questionable bedside manners.

5 /5 Fraizer Roderick (Roddy): Very clean and friendly atmosphere, rereceptionists are very helpful and kind, knowledgeable and the nurses are very helpful and kind knowledgeable and my PA is professional and friendly almost like family
