2 /5 Hillary Kuehn: The Doctor that I saw at this clinic was kind and reassuring when my pregnancy has a complication. One ultrasound technician was kind; one was not. The reason for the 2 star review is that they overcharged me for a copay on each visit, then when I called to sort out where the extra money had gone they informed me they had credited it to other accounts I have with Franciscan. I don’t mind that it was put to good use, but please send some evidence or ask if I want that done or a refund. Better yet, get it right the first time so there’s no extra amount to deal with. Overall my experience with Franciscan had been that the care providers are competent and compassionate, but the billing office is completely the opposite. I have never encountered anywhere with so many ill trained employees. I can call 5 times with the same question and get 5 different answers, most of them wrong. My list of grievances is ever growing, so I cannot and will not recommend Franciscan. The stress of dealings with the business office is not something any new parent or ill person needs in their life.
