I was in sheer agony when trying to void with a sudden almost complete blockage. Bob screened me, and realizing it would be beyond a short notice "nurse visit", called in Dr Bak. A KIND man of few words with a Heart of Gold, Dr Bak quickly realized a Cytoscopy was necessary. After a minimal wait time Bob prepped the procedure room and helped get me ready. Shortly afterwards Dr Bak came in and within a couple of minutes with a minimum of pain that was a mere fraction of the agony I was experiencing when trying to pee, he extracted a sharp-edged stone nearly the size of my little fingertip from my urethra. I AM SOOOO GRATEFUL TO YOU DR. BAK & YOUR ENTIRE STAFF! GOD BLESS YOU ALL!
