5 /5 Jéff Adäms: Sunday, March 30, 2025, I went into The Doctors Clinic - Urgent Care, Silverdale location. I was welcomed, immediately. Although, I was miserable, and clearly not at my best, they treated me with gracious care and sensitivity. The front desk was exceptionally kind, friendly, courteous, respectful, and professional My experience in previous similar businesses, people are often treated very coldly, like theyre just the next number. Not this place. No, they have a mastery of how to treat people. My interactions were with 5 different staff members, and each were top-notch. Additionally, I observed how they treated other people who were there, and it was good.
As a longtime business and community leader and people manager, myself, I know this doesnt just happen all on its own. It starts with hiring quality staff, training them and setting high expectations, and it continues with ongoing support, direction, training, assessments, etc. It can only happen when leadership is determined to keep high standards in service to its customer base (clients or patients), maintain a positive workplace environment, evaluate and improve daily operations, and ensure customer satisfaction. Im almost 60 years old and cannot recall any healthcare business of its kind doing such a remarkably good job. While I dont know others experiences and havent looked into any previous reviews of this business, what I do know is they took care of me better than any other place has. They absolutely went above and beyond in every conceivable way. All the staff there should be able to rest at night, knowing they do their job well. Im beyond satisfied.
