1 /5 Mary S: Two words, “RIP OFF!” We took our cat in to get pre-surgical blood work to get her spayed, which cost $200 and didn’t give us an estimate on how much the surgery would be. I called later and they gave an estimate of $628-$800 for a 10 month old spay!!! They are crooks, don’t take your animals here. After reviewing the paperwork my cat doesn’t even meet the minimum weight requirement to get the surgery, but did they tell us that? No. The receptionist told me that it costs about a $1000 to get a cat spayed. Jeff is lying in his response, the amount that I paid on the 25th is not included in the estimate. I asked for an estimate on how much I would pay when I dropped her off for the surgery.

5 /5 Jessica Rudolph: I have a very reactive dog, she is the sweetest girl but very weary of strangers and has a habit of growling/barking/lunging at strangers and other dogs. I was worried about bringing her to another vet (she grew up in a vet hospital as i work in animal emergency and she comes to work with me) for her vaccines due to her serious case of stranger danger. I’m not sure the original nurses name but she did everything perfectly to get sage to warm up to her, kept her distance and used baby talk and treats and got down on the floor with her. I’ve never seen sage warm so quickly to a new person especially in a strange environment. the doctor was great and made sure not to push her boundaries during the exam. the only downside is there’s no vet professional discount like some of the other hospitals offer nearby. But honestly, i’d rather take my pets to someone who makes them feel comfortable rather than save a few dollars. I’ll be bringing all of my pets here for their wellness care!

Jeff Rogers: I’d give no stars if possible. If you’re lucky enough to get them on the phone (my son’s doctor’s assistant got them twice) you’d be lucky if they cared about your actual needs. Both times it was relayed that my son needs a shuttle with harness support because it is a risk to travel with him. First time back in October; guy comes with another passenger in a compact car to take him, and I was forced to cancel due to safety reasons. Today I get a call for his rescheduled appointment and the driver tells me they are coming to pick him up in another compact vehicle! PTS has been made aware of my son’s needs and has made no effort to properly help with necessary assistance to his appointments. I am forced to cancel my son’s appointment again! Attached is the vehicle they attempted to pick him up in the first time.

Debra Rygg: Honestly, you dont need to look any further. The doctors and the staff here are absolutely wonderful. They are kind, caring and helpful. When I first went there several years ago I was in horrible pain and could barely walk. Dr Sansen was able to relieve some pain in that first visit. It took a little while but she helped me heal. I continue to see her twice a month for maintenance. When I tell you she cares, I mean it. Any time Dr Sansen learns something new in her practice, she will have an after hours free class where she teaches and shares what she learned.

Bonnie H: This spot has gone so incredibly downhill since Dr. Buchanan left. Its so disappointing. My whole family has been going here for decades, and recently, they cancelled my mothers appointment that she had scheduled a year in advance because she didnt call to confirm. My mother has never no-showed an appointment there in two decades. When she called and politely told them she was disappointed that this happened. They made snide comments and were not apologetic. I am so disappointed in this establishment.
