We have brought all three of our animals to Willow tree over the years. When facing a tough decision with our 18-year-old cat, the staff was very clear with us on what to expect in trying to save him as well as what his short and long-term health would look like. I would recommend veterinary hospital to anyone who needed good quality care for their pets.
The Doctors Clinic: Young-Ki Paik, MD - Port Orchard Allie Wallitner: I have had the pleasure of dealing with Dr. Paik for several years now and just have to write a review. Both my parents and my Aunt are patients of Doctor Paik. His care and concern for each one of them is above and beyond anything I have experienced before (and I have had some excellent Doctors). He has called after hours in several instances because of his true concern. Kitsap County is lucky to have such an excellent Physician. His nurse Lindy is pretty amazing too!
The Doctors Clinic: Tasia Hulst, MD - Port Orchard JULIANS LIFE: It’s been 2 ish years since we had Dr.Hulst. But here I am, coming back to leave this review. As a new parent, I had no idea that you’re suppose to have a doctor ready to go for your new sweet baby. And thank goodness we found Dr.Hulst. We found her so fast because she was new to the area and looking for new patients. And we were LUCKY to have her. I kinda wish I was able to bring her with us when we moved out of state. She’s very straight forward and if she gets your humor, she can be very very funny! When she’s done some procedures for my child, she was great and fast to getting it done. We sure do miss her! Thankful that we had her for our sons first year! Thank you Dr.Hulst. Our boy is big 3 year old and healthy.
Dr. Janet Beagley - Bremerton jaclyn weber: My dog was sick and she was very old. I was sad because I knew that euthanasia was the best thing for her but I felt guilt. She had a wonderful life. I called 2 vets near my home, I had just moved to the area. The first vet I called showed no sympathy in and at first wanted to set an appointment for the next month. I really didnt like that. They offered the next Saturday but that wasnt soon enough for my dog. I then called All Creatures, and they were very sympathetic to me over the phone and when I showed up the next day, Dr. Little spent almost an hour with us and has a very good bedside manner that most vets lack. He was very caring towards us and handled our needs in the most sensitive way, it couldnt have gone any better. I recommend Dr. Little to anyone who needs a veterinarian.
The Doctors Clinic: Michael L. McCord, MD - Port Orchard S Cleveland: I attempted to establish care with McCord but Im having to find a new primary care provider now.
Initially setting up care with him took 4 months and he refused to address any of my issues during that visit. I had to set up a second appointment to even begin treatment for the issues discussed.
During the second appointment he told me that none of the issues I was talking about were in his notes. I do not know what the first appointment was for if he wasnt going to listen to me. Still, nothing was addressed or resolved.
I have since attempted to get an appointment, but the availability is over 6 months out.
Not only is he not attentive to patients. He is not even accessible.

EPPEL Family Medicine - Port Orchard Brian Lee Thomas: Greetings to one and all, I would like to take a moment to share my experiences using EPPLE family medicine clinic. I have been using this location for almost a year now and I have not yet had a bad experience at the clinic. The doctors and nursing staff are superior to any that I’ve ever worked with in the private sector. The office staff are absolutely exceptional in what they do I would like to specifically acknowledge the work of, Selena and Jennifer they are fantastic in every aspect of what they do. I thoroughly enjoy having medical treatment here and everyone is a pleasure to work with. An area that I would like to bring to people’s attention is working with insurance and healthcare providers external to the office. They understand and help navigate the process of using multiple insurances and the veterans administration, which is no easy task And I truly appreciate their dedication and follow through to make sure that people understand what expectations are and how care is going to be provided and are willing to go the extra mile to work with the bureaucracy that is medical insurance and the federal government. If you are like me and you need somebody who can help you understand your specific medical needs. Please do not hesitate to reach out to EPPLE family medicine. They are absolutely the best in the local area and are very veteran friendly and I encourage anyone who is in search of medical care for themselves or family to strongly consider Epple family medical services.
