1 /5 Bonnie H: This spot has gone so incredibly downhill since Dr. Buchanan left. Its so disappointing. My whole family has been going here for decades, and recently, they cancelled my mothers appointment that she had scheduled a year in advance because she didnt call to confirm. My mother has never no-showed an appointment there in two decades. When she called and politely told them she was disappointed that this happened. They made snide comments and were not apologetic. I am so disappointed in this establishment.

5 /5 Steve Hiday: Ive come here for almost 2 years now, and the service has been great. The staff here is very friendly and the doctors always explain everything clearly. They have a nice frame collection but its limited to the mid-to-high fashion brands. Good location and Ive never had a problem getting an appointment. Ill be back!

5 /5 Michelle G: I ended up calling 3 eye places from Gig Harbor to Port Orchard because my son being a Union Carpenter got a piece of metal in his eye. By the time he got home from work driving from Bellevue it was swollen shut. Every place I called told me sorry they were closing and it was about 3:45 pm. His eye was getting worse by the second. So my 3rd call ended up being this office. The gal on the phone was the sweetest and was able to take my son and the Dr was able to get the metal out of his eye. Its not often you feel like a medical office cares and this office did. Thank you so much!

5 /5 Mary Shipley: Even though I was not an existing patient, I was able to be seen right away by Dr. Trull for an eye infection. The staff and Dr. Trull are professional, skilled and compassionate. Highly recommended.

Allie Wallitner: I have had the pleasure of dealing with Dr. Paik for several years now and just have to write a review. Both my parents and my Aunt are patients of Doctor Paik. His care and concern for each one of them is above and beyond anything I have experienced before (and I have had some excellent Doctors). He has called after hours in several instances because of his true concern. Kitsap County is lucky to have such an excellent Physician. His nurse Lindy is pretty amazing too!

The Doctors Clinic: Tasia Hulst, MD - Port Orchard

JULIANS LIFE: It’s been 2 ish years since we had Dr.Hulst. But here I am, coming back to leave this review. As a new parent, I had no idea that you’re suppose to have a doctor ready to go for your new sweet baby. And thank goodness we found Dr.Hulst. We found her so fast because she was new to the area and looking for new patients. And we were LUCKY to have her. I kinda wish I was able to bring her with us when we moved out of state. She’s very straight forward and if she gets your humor, she can be very very funny! When she’s done some procedures for my child, she was great and fast to getting it done. We sure do miss her! Thankful that we had her for our sons first year! Thank you Dr.Hulst. Our boy is big 3 year old and healthy.

Joseph Ho: Brought my child here for a sleep study. Staff did not tell us ahead of time that parents had to stay with kid / teen the entire time, so did not know to bring stuff to spend the night. Did not tell us there was a co-pay until we were in the room. Techs just basically shrugged their shoulders and said that’s the day time staff’s problem. We can’t do anything. No bed for parents to sleep in despite the fact that parent is required to stay the whole night. Tech left other patient’s protected health information in our room. Building not sound proofed. Can hear other kids screaming, staff talking, laughing, wheeling carts around, equipment beeping, etc.

jaclyn weber: My dog was sick and she was very old. I was sad because I knew that euthanasia was the best thing for her but I felt guilt. She had a wonderful life. I called 2 vets near my home, I had just moved to the area. The first vet I called showed no sympathy in and at first wanted to set an appointment for the next month. I really didnt like that. They offered the next Saturday but that wasnt soon enough for my dog. I then called All Creatures, and they were very sympathetic to me over the phone and when I showed up the next day, Dr. Little spent almost an hour with us and has a very good bedside manner that most vets lack. He was very caring towards us and handled our needs in the most sensitive way, it couldnt have gone any better. I recommend Dr. Little to anyone who needs a veterinarian.

The Doctors Clinic: Michael L. McCord, MD - Port Orchard

S Cleveland: I attempted to establish care with McCord but Im having to find a new primary care provider now. Initially setting up care with him took 4 months and he refused to address any of my issues during that visit. I had to set up a second appointment to even begin treatment for the issues discussed. During the second appointment he told me that none of the issues I was talking about were in his notes. I do not know what the first appointment was for if he wasnt going to listen to me. Still, nothing was addressed or resolved. I have since attempted to get an appointment, but the availability is over 6 months out. Not only is he not attentive to patients. He is not even accessible.

Brian Lee Thomas: Greetings to one and all, I would like to take a moment to share my experiences using EPPLE family medicine clinic. I have been using this location for almost a year now and I have not yet had a bad experience at the clinic. The doctors and nursing staff are superior to any that I’ve ever worked with in the private sector. The office staff are absolutely exceptional in what they do I would like to specifically acknowledge the work of, Selena and Jennifer they are fantastic in every aspect of what they do. I thoroughly enjoy having medical treatment here and everyone is a pleasure to work with. An area that I would like to bring to people’s attention is working with insurance and healthcare providers external to the office. They understand and help navigate the process of using multiple insurances and the veterans administration, which is no easy task And I truly appreciate their dedication and follow through to make sure that people understand what expectations are and how care is going to be provided and are willing to go the extra mile to work with the bureaucracy that is medical insurance and the federal government. If you are like me and you need somebody who can help you understand your specific medical needs. Please do not hesitate to reach out to EPPLE family medicine. They are absolutely the best in the local area and are very veteran friendly and I encourage anyone who is in search of medical care for themselves or family to strongly consider Epple family medical services.

Iva Phan: Worst shopping experience. Self checkout camera detected that I put something in the bag that I did not scan, completely untrue TWICE. A worker had to come over and question me about my groceries that I always scan and pay for like I’m some thief. If you are going to implement cameras, make them effective.
