5 /5 Elizabeth Banks: My husband and I both went to see Dr. Reichard and found him very professional and were both extremely pleased. The nurses receptionist and X-ray techs were exemplary.

3 /5 Screaming Parrot: Staff seems nice , the nurse very patient and understanding. Wait time wasn’t horrible but it was long. They check you in and you wait in your vehicle. Dr Scott Reichard, MD was very nice. Rushed which is somewhat understandable but he was nice and cordial. I hurt my back so I went in. I also just had heart surgery 2 months ago so he was a little concerned about my respiration. But did a exam to make sure nothing was wrong with lungs and my ticker. Got some muscle relaxers and went home. Still hurts like hell so probably going to my pcp. Reason for the 3 stars not 5 was because of the rushed feeling and not that great of pain management. Though I understand the precautions doctors need to take with that but a little more open minded would be nice.

4 /5 C.J. Sanchelli: Id never been there before, but was helped quickly and efficiently. Everyone was friendly and the environment was very calming unlike the institutional/sterile feeling you get in most urgent care establishments. My visit took roughly 30 minutes, and they sent my prescription immediately to the pharmacy. I assume that I came at a good time though, around 10am on a weekday. 4 stars only because their thermometer was one of those old things you have to hold under your tongue.

1 /5 WarHenTea: Over 25 people wrapping around the parking lot, outside, in the cold, and growing fast. They dont allow us accommodations to wait inside? Ok... At least let us wait inside our cars somehow! More people are giving up than getting in to be seen, and no accommodations for elderly, or disabled. So our options are to stand in the parking lot, or go home. These are sick people, not concert goers... There are so many better ways than this!!!

Trey Kelly: Ive been a patient for about a year. Dr. Wooldridge really listens to your needs and gives you plenty of options when going over your personal health needs. He can do virtual visits if necessary. He really cares for his patients and wont rush you through the annual physical or consultation. He promptly responds to prescriptions and changes to insurance. Hes also very communicative when he is going to be out of the office so that you can plan your visits/refills as necessary. I also liked that he had options for some of my prescriptions that were not covered by my insurance. He recommended a wholesale option with Cost Plus Drugs (owned by Mark Cuban). They were very competitive and he didnt have to mention it during my initial visit. Its nice to have a doctor who seems to enjoy helping his patients.

Its been over a year since my surgery, and I have been able to enjoy running and skiing again. No discomfort at all.

M S: Worst customer service ever. 1 July 2022, I checked in 2 hours early for my appointment just to pee in a cup for a pre-employment drug test and was told by the receptionist that I needed to wait until my appointment time. No problem, I waited and still passed my appointment time until I asked the receptionist why it was taking too long for me to get seen, and she started to have an attitude with me. This is just to go pee in a cup!! Receptionist needs to go back to learning how to provide quality customer service.

Jéff Adäms: Sunday, March 30, 2025, I went into The Doctors Clinic - Urgent Care, Silverdale location. I was welcomed, immediately. Although, I was miserable, and clearly not at my best, they treated me with gracious care and sensitivity. The front desk was exceptionally kind, friendly, courteous, respectful, and professional My experience in previous similar businesses, people are often treated very coldly, like theyre just the next number. Not this place. No, they have a mastery of how to treat people. My interactions were with 5 different staff members, and each were top-notch. Additionally, I observed how they treated other people who were there, and it was good. As a longtime business and community leader and people manager, myself, I know this doesnt just happen all on its own. It starts with hiring quality staff, training them and setting high expectations, and it continues with ongoing support, direction, training, assessments, etc. It can only happen when leadership is determined to keep high standards in service to its customer base (clients or patients), maintain a positive workplace environment, evaluate and improve daily operations, and ensure customer satisfaction. Im almost 60 years old and cannot recall any healthcare business of its kind doing such a remarkably good job. While I dont know others experiences and havent looked into any previous reviews of this business, what I do know is they took care of me better than any other place has. They absolutely went above and beyond in every conceivable way. All the staff there should be able to rest at night, knowing they do their job well. Im beyond satisfied.

Theyre in no hurry to call you back or give you any updates. They referred me to a doctor who isnt even accepting new patients .... and theyre not in any hurry to find me one who does. To all you expecting moms and those with your little ones, its best to just take your care and needs elsewhere.
