5 /5 Trey Kelly: Ive been a patient for about a year. Dr. Wooldridge really listens to your needs and gives you plenty of options when going over your personal health needs. He can do virtual visits if necessary. He really cares for his patients and wont rush you through the annual physical or consultation. He promptly responds to prescriptions and changes to insurance. Hes also very communicative when he is going to be out of the office so that you can plan your visits/refills as necessary. I also liked that he had options for some of my prescriptions that were not covered by my insurance. He recommended a wholesale option with Cost Plus Drugs (owned by Mark Cuban). They were very competitive and he didnt have to mention it during my initial visit. Its nice to have a doctor who seems to enjoy helping his patients.

Ive never had a doctor who demonstrates so much care and compassion not only for current ailments, but fur wholistic care and concern for our overall health. He takes the time to ensure all your healthcare needs are met, and isnt just trying to push patients in and out the door. As an LGBTQ+ family (2 gay dads with LGBTQ+ children), he is also affirming, and knowledgeable of the unique healthcare needs of every member of our family, which allows us all to ensure our individual needs are met with respect, dignity, and confidence. Im so happy that we have this level of exceptional healthcare in Kitsap County.

5 /5 San: Dr. Wooldridge was communicative, kind, and knowledgeable. It was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. I live far away from this clinic but would make the drive again to be seen by Dr. Wooldridge because of his expertise and excellent bedside manner.

M S: Worst customer service ever. 1 July 2022, I checked in 2 hours early for my appointment just to pee in a cup for a pre-employment drug test and was told by the receptionist that I needed to wait until my appointment time. No problem, I waited and still passed my appointment time until I asked the receptionist why it was taking too long for me to get seen, and she started to have an attitude with me. This is just to go pee in a cup!! Receptionist needs to go back to learning how to provide quality customer service.

Jéff Adäms: Sunday, March 30, 2025, I went into The Doctors Clinic - Urgent Care, Silverdale location. I was welcomed, immediately. Although, I was miserable, and clearly not at my best, they treated me with gracious care and sensitivity. The front desk was exceptionally kind, friendly, courteous, respectful, and professional My experience in previous similar businesses, people are often treated very coldly, like theyre just the next number. Not this place. No, they have a mastery of how to treat people. My interactions were with 5 different staff members, and each were top-notch. Additionally, I observed how they treated other people who were there, and it was good. As a longtime business and community leader and people manager, myself, I know this doesnt just happen all on its own. It starts with hiring quality staff, training them and setting high expectations, and it continues with ongoing support, direction, training, assessments, etc. It can only happen when leadership is determined to keep high standards in service to its customer base (clients or patients), maintain a positive workplace environment, evaluate and improve daily operations, and ensure customer satisfaction. Im almost 60 years old and cannot recall any healthcare business of its kind doing such a remarkably good job. While I dont know others experiences and havent looked into any previous reviews of this business, what I do know is they took care of me better than any other place has. They absolutely went above and beyond in every conceivable way. All the staff there should be able to rest at night, knowing they do their job well. Im beyond satisfied.

Jacqui Briggs: I made the mistake on entrusting these people with my health. Ive been waiting almost 2 ½ months for a doctors referral and these people dont really seem to care. Theyre in no hurry to call you back or give you any updates. They referred me to a doctor who isnt even accepting new patients .... and theyre not in any hurry to find me one who does. To all you expecting moms and those with your little ones, its best to just take your care and needs elsewhere.

Cindi Mallicoat: Worst experience. Ever! I broke my leg and was seen in North Valley emergency room. The ER doctor did my pre-op labs then gave report to MidValley Orthopedics as ready to go to surgery. Instead of scheduling my surgery, I had to wait until the next week to get an appointment, to come to the office before surgery could be scheduled. No exam was done. I feel that just meeting the surgeon was an unnecessary delay. Then, despite having no cardiac symptoms or history, I was denied surgery when I arrived at MidValleyHospital. (???!) So I had to get an appointment in Wenatchee Ortho. I was approved for surgery but by that time it was too late. Due to all the horrible delays, I developed a blood clot. Now I have terrible lifelong pain in my leg that cant be fixed now. I also have to take expensive and dangerous blood thinners the rest of my life. If you value life and limb, go straight away to Wenatchee!

Ashley Mathena: My experience with the Three Rivers Family Clinic and Hospital has been nothing but wonderful. Ive never felt so seen or heard when it comes to the medical industry. After 13-14 years of being blown off, misdiagnosed, and ran around, Dr. Witt immediately took me seriously despite being a young woman (which should be a given, but womens Healthcare can be a real mess; if you know, you know) and his care was thorough, prompt, and genuine. He took a look at my previous labs and what not and after our first visit he had a good idea of what was really going on. By our second visit he was scheduling me for diagnostic surgery and treatment. By the 3rd visit I was in for my pre-op, and by the 4th visit I was on his operating table. The whole process took a few months and couldve easily been even quicker if it werent for my schedule. Every single staff member I encountered was kind, qualified, and seemed to genuinely care. My surgery was a breeze and he confirmed his suspicions and treated me all in one minimally invasive surgery. I couldnt believe how easy the surgery process was and how quickly I am healing. If you are dealing with womens reproductive health issues (especially suspected endometriosis) I cannot recommend Dr. Witt and the Three Rivers Hospital enough. Thank you to everyone who helped me throughout this endeavor. I feel like Ive been given a new lease on life. If you are in the Leavenworth, Wenatchee, Chelan, etc...area (like I am) the care here is definitely worth the drive. Ive probably cried 5 times in the past week just from relief.
