5 /5 Kaylynn Tang: They were so quick and nice about bringing us in and getting us treatment and care for my dog! I highly recommend, plus affordable care as well. My dog had cut himself real bad outside playin fetch and was bleeding everywhere, they took him in right away, quick exam and gave me a reasonable estimate, although they held him overnight for surgery and monitor I trust they took great care of him.

They were able to get is in and not wait long. The pricing for getting him fixed was reasonable as well. The follow-ups have also been an easy endeavor. Thank you for all the help!

5 /5 Alexandra Rife: The service was impeccable, detailed and informative. Pandora was injured by a vehicle and from the time we brought her into, to picking her up. Staff was entirely supportive and helpful through the entire experience. This was our first ever major injury and surgery on our pet who is of 9 years of age. They answered all of our questions even when we called a few days later with a few more. Never felt rushed or hurried or uncared for even during the financial process. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else for emergency or any kind of care. Thank you for helping heal our family pet. Also! The surgeon who repaired her eye did an amazing job with the stitches and ensuring she had the most best possible heal he could provide. I can’t thank you enough again. Seriously it looks amazing !

5 /5 Teeya Bus: My dog was attacked by a neighbor dog on Thanksgiving. Dr. Brown and all nurses did operations.All of the wounds are deep tothe muscles. She stayed in the hospital for the whole night. I want to recommend this hospital to everyone. The level of care, the professional, and quality are above and beyond. Did I mention, the cost is affordable! Thank you!!

Liriel Halstead: Brought my son here for some concerns with his health condition. We were seen very soon after arriving and the staff was so nice. The ER doctor who was mildly familiar with my sons condition was open and honest about what our options were and how we could proceed depending on test results. We had to do an IV which my son is not a fan of but the nurse nailed it the first go even with my son twisting and turning. Labs were slightly delayed but because our situation was quite stable im more than happy to wait a bit longer because I know there are other situations in the hospital that are more pressing. Overall we had a really great experience and will continue to come here if and when we need quality ER care.

azimiut: There is so much to say that they did wrong I cannot even put it into words. A simple cleaning turned into a nightmare. A lack of professionalism at its best. I should have walked out but I thought they were almost done. The Dr sliced my lip, left cleaning paste all over my face to the point the assistant had to clean my face more than once. I had to tell him to stop several times because of the severe pain he was causing. Meanwhile having discussions about other patients using vulgar language while working. If you care about your health do not go here. They should not get a one star. They should be reported.

Christina Peterson: After waiting for a year and 2 rounds of physical therapy. Countless hours trying to make appt and get any answers. The day finally arrived they told me to be there at 12:50. At 1:20 a nurse came out to get a patient & stated the Doc was 3 hours behind. No one called these people or mentioned anything about the Doc being so far behind. We had traveled over 100 miles for this long awaited appt and needed to be home by dark. I took an entire day off work and so did the required driver. Not even so much as a “sorry” was given. The receptionist answer was “ I didn’t know”. How can you Not know when your 5 chair waiting room is overflowing with the same people that came in 3 hrs previously. Extremely unprofessional and useless service they did not provide. Tell everyone you know that this is NOT the place to go for pain management.

Trey Kelly: Ive been a patient for about a year. Dr. Wooldridge really listens to your needs and gives you plenty of options when going over your personal health needs. He can do virtual visits if necessary. He really cares for his patients and wont rush you through the annual physical or consultation. He promptly responds to prescriptions and changes to insurance. Hes also very communicative when he is going to be out of the office so that you can plan your visits/refills as necessary. I also liked that he had options for some of my prescriptions that were not covered by my insurance. He recommended a wholesale option with Cost Plus Drugs (owned by Mark Cuban). They were very competitive and he didnt have to mention it during my initial visit. Its nice to have a doctor who seems to enjoy helping his patients.
