The receptionist was condescending, very matter of factly, and after spouting a list of people that would also refuse to help me, told me to have a great day. I learned everything I needed to know about how this facility is ran and how they treat people in one very short phone call. And, there are too many options to support clinics that treat patients as things, as numbers, as if we (the patients) dont have feelings or arent people.
