5 /5 Manzo: Felt like I had to give my honest review on this establishment. Everything went smoothly, and fast to be honest, yes there was a small wait but nothing of hours waiting that’s for sure, my nurse was very informative, empathic. Shoot this place was way more convenient than planned parenthood, planned parenthood you can bearly book a appt alone if not 1hr a half away. I really hope not to have to come here again for the services but if I need to yes I’ll come back here. Thanks, that is my honest review.

1 /5 Daisy wu: The experience was particularly bad. I waited for 3 hours and no one called me. My appointment was at 12 pm, and I didnt see the doctor until I closed the door.

5 /5 Taran Romero: Had to go here for a termination because all the PP were booked and I was terrified after an experience somewhere else almost a decade ago. We had to drive almost two hours from home to get here so was kind of bummed but so glad we did. The wait time was long yes but my total time including procedure didn’t go over the 4 hours they estimated, it was actually under. I honestly had the most comforting and pleasant experience I could have had considering what was being done. The staff was phenomenal and their kindness and gentleness literally made me cry. The nursing assistant and performing doc especially were so so sweet. I obviously hope to never have this procedure again but if I do I would definitely make the drive here. 1000% recommend.

5 /5 Larisa Kablikhina: This is a wonderful, compassionate clinic. The wait time wasn’t too bad, about 2.5 hrs. The lobby is comfy and everyone made me feel comfortable and at ease. For anyone reading the scary one star reviews - do not pay them any mind. This clinic is top notch, drs were wonderful. Make sure you go to the right address, there’s an old building on Rainier which is the one in some of the Google photos - that is not the right one. New building is on Carr road.

La C.: I’ve been with Dr. Stepan for quite sometime now about 10 years more. She is the ABSOLUTE BEST! I look at her as my Dr. Mom. She has stuck by side through all the punches I’ve endured in life. She is always looking out for my health and mental well being even when I have setbacks with my weight gains / losses she always goes above and beyond to seek other alternatives. I love that she always asks me what I think about the suggestions she offers rather than telling me to do it. She also takes time to throughly research diagnosis that surface and what the possible causes could be. She’s the only dr I can count on to not miss my Rxs refills too! I know I’m not the easiest patient at times however during those times she ensures that I am leaving our visit smiling and feeling good . :) if you’re looking for a Dr. who truly cares about your well being, has great bedside manner; empathetic and kind hearted She is it! I highly recommend!

The Proliance group could improve their appointment process. It is very difficult to reach a person to make an appointment, it has been like this for years.

Mirella L.: Front desk staff was rude, dismissive, and made incorrect statements about my test results and health all to just usher me out of the waiting room while crying. I do not remember the persons name. I would definitely recognize her if I saw her. When I showed up one day, looking to talk to a doctor about my results that showed lung cancer, she said that my results "werent anything to cry about" because shes seen much worse when she worked in oncology. Then handed me a tissue and ushered me out the door without helping me to speak to a doctor. Meanwhile Ive been through lung surgery, chemo, radiation... and she might still be sitting there, dulling out toxicity to those who need support. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Should be reprimanded. Doctor was a bit negligent. Said there was no need to include an oncologist, only to be proven wrong in the end. Never spoke to me again to acknowledge he was wrong or take some type of accountability. Incredibly poor bedside manner, if you ask me. If youre looking to learn whether you have lung cancer or not, dont waste your time here. Go to UW Montlake or Fred Hutch or any of the other places in Seattle proper, to increase your chances of being treated like a human being that matters.

Colleen Webster: When my husband was having trouble breathing, not only did Dr. Chen-Wynnes staff squeeze him into the schedule, but, alarmed by my husbands low oxygen levels abd blood pressure, Dr. Chen-Wynne personally wheeled him down to the emergency room. Full service doctor! So grateful.
