1 /5 Michael Wallace: My wife was a patient of this clinic for many years, and after relocating out of state was told by the clinic they could maintain patient care via telehealth appointments. After having several appointments, she had another one scheduled and less than two hours from her appointment they canceled it and told her they would no longer be able to see her due to policy changes. Because until now this was.not an issue, my wife did not pursue local options since she liked the actual doctor. Now she is left without care, or medication, and must get on a wait list for a local option. Had they been honest up front, we could have made arrangements, but they clearly wanted the billing hours, which they have happily continued billing for even though they did nothing. Too bad zero stars arent an option.
