Shaunie Decker: I had a horrible experience with Dr. Wang. I saw him for symptoms of iron deficiency. He dismissed my symptoms and made sexist comments. He claimed my iron levels were fine when my blood work results werent back yet and that my symptoms were just due to perimenopause. He refused to listen to me and humiliated me when I tried to explain what I was feeling. The next day, my blood test came back, and my iron is low. This is the second time he has tried to diagnose me with "just perimenopause" without seeing test results first. Both times, he was wrong and terribly dismissive. Do not go to this doctor! He should not be practicing medicine.

Rachel Wrobel: The doctor is fine however the front receptionist has routinely been unhelpful. The first time I came in they took my insurance card and scanned it but didn’t enter it in the system so my insurance was not charged for the appointment and I had to pay more since by the time I got the bill it was past the date to file with my insurance. I’ve had to call 3 separate times to request a mediation prescription/refill, and now only 2/3 of the medications I need have a prescription. I provided them with a pharmacy to send the medication to, but that was not followed and it was sent to a pharmacy further away from me. I can’t have the medication refilled at my local pharmacy because “I’m out of refills” but none of the pharmacies answer the phone to get it transferred over. I’ve been in remission for a year but now I’ve been out of my mediation for almost a month because of this.

Sue Gratton: I saw Dr Samandip Hothi who was covering for my regular doctor, when I had an urgent need to be addressed before my upcoming surgery in a few days. He was amazing!! I felt like he not only took care of my urgent needs, but he made sure that I knew that he was there to talk about following up after surgery. Absolutely spectacular thorough & caring doctor! Would highly recommend him to anyone.

Sean Parker: No reviews... okay. Well, let me tell you, from the front desk to the infectious disease doctors, the entire staff is pretentious, impatient, and sarcastic. I had to report Dr. Hori for basically just not talking to me respectfully. Hes an older Asian man, and Im a noticeably gay American whos been nothing but nice to him, so if I do the math and add what I know about his culture to how he treats me, Im gonna go ahead and play the homophobia card. Hes 1 of 3 older Asian men who talk to me sideways, and Im not stupid. I know how they feel about men like me. I dont throw that card around, but I think I can use it this time. Its crazy too because you have the homophobes who treat you differently, and then you have the fellow gay men who treat you worse than the homophobes do. Its like a lose-lose situation being gay. I transferred my care over to Dr. Morlin, but he saw me for 5 minutes and bounced. He did not even ask to see the chronic wound in my groin that wont close and told me to use hibiclens, which Dr. Hori never mentioned. The difference in styles of care is messy because if healthcare was algorithmic, a computer could have done a better job than every doctor in the clinic.

Maykayla Powell: Very disappointing experience. I brought my child there for a sports physical, and the hopes of establishing care with them for annual well child visits. We arrived early, and they had us fill out paperwork. the person who checks people in has a very heavy accent and I could not understand a lot of what she was saying and would speak very fast. after turning it in, the M.A who took us back called my duagher the wrong name. She continued to look at us as if I was wrong about my daughters name. I continued to repeat my daughters name at least 4 or 5 times to tell them they have the wrong name. They kept yelling out other names to us, even after spelling my daughters name. They seemed extremely confused and tried to repeat contact information that wasnt ours. It was clear they had someone elses chart they were looking at. When we spent 10 minutes trying to get to the bottom of establishing my daughters name and date of birth, the MA took us back to do a work up. Equipment is extremely outdated to gather information. When the doctor finally came in, she addressed my daughters name AGAIN with the wrong name. My daughter had to stop her and tell her that this wasnt her name and the doctor seemed confused and stepped out of the room. I felt uneasy as i wasnt sure they even knew why we came there. a sports physical, took an hour and a half in the room. although the doctor was very thorough, I didnt understand why the visit took so long. She would go on tangents about my daughters eating habits, and scaring her about how chips have chemicals in them that cause ulcers and that she should NOT eat them. I figured the visit was very awkward and so much went on, but I tried to give a second chance by letting them do her annual check up since she was due in 1 month. When trying to go in, they told us that she wouldnt be able to do the annual check up but only get her immuniazations since thats all insurance would cover. I assured her that with our insurance it covers a wellness check, but for some reason, they billed her sports physical as her annual check, so the insurance wont cover her ACTUAL annual check up. and that I would have to only do her immunizations then come back in the new yer to bill an annual check up. Everything seemed off and ultimately, they didnt know what they were doing.

Cindy Longoria: I had a scratch in my eye that was quickly getting worse. Allcare Medical Clinic had a same day appointment available on Presidents’ Day, which was much needed and appreciated. It was my first visit to the clinic. Scheduling, payment and working with the front desk staff was seamless and easy. The doctor was knowledgeable and helpful, and my eye was better within a few days. The office is not fancy, but the service delivered was great.

Manzo: Felt like I had to give my honest review on this establishment. Everything went smoothly, and fast to be honest, yes there was a small wait but nothing of hours waiting that’s for sure, my nurse was very informative, empathic. Shoot this place was way more convenient than planned parenthood, planned parenthood you can bearly book a appt alone if not 1hr a half away. I really hope not to have to come here again for the services but if I need to yes I’ll come back here. Thanks, that is my honest review.

Aaron Brummett: Very good doctor! He have me my life back, starting in July of 2016! I had been sick for a few years... I couldnt drive, I was pretty much house bound. The VA hospital couldnt figure it out... not in five years! But Dr. Kadeg discovered that my gallbladder needed to be removed. the procedure went remarkably well! There is always that one doctor who can figure stuff out when the rest can not! He also made sure the VA covered the financial side of it... which limited my stress! I cant thank you enough!

Jon Moler: Dr. Sakin did a horrible job with my fiance, Corina. He did absolutely nothing for her at all. Many appointments with him and each time nothing was done. She is still in an incredible amount of pain and Sakin did nothing for her. The staff that works for Dr. Sakin is very very nice. Lisa is a joy to talk to and they all listen to what you have to say. As far as Dr. Sakin goes, dont waste your time!!! I Am Extremely Disappointed!!!!!
