I will definitely be coming becoming back again. I also got a great price for what I wanted. I will be recommending this place to friends and family.

2 /5 Kate: This was rough. I will say the folks are friendly, and they have a ton of good color options. I used their website to make an appointment on a Sunday morning at 9:30am. On my way to the appointment, I missed a call and texts from them asking me to come at 10 because on Sunday they dont open until 10. So they need to fix their website. They opened earlier than 10 to get started on my service, which I appreciated! However, just 5 days after my dip manicure with them, my nails were lifted and one popped right off as I was putting on a sweater. I dont know if they missed a step in the process or what. My nails are so thin and damaged now, maybe they went overboard with the dremel. The pedicure was also just not that great, not much massage. I didnt contact them about the early failure of my manicure because I honestly just dont want to go back. Hopefully others have better luck.

1 /5 Kazzi Z: I came in for a manicure and get my eyebrows done. While the mail technician was friendly you can clearly see it was very poorly done. My nails are uneven and my cuticles are not done properly. They also didn’t add cuticle oil either. The eyebrow lady did a good job, however, she was brushing her hair while I was in a dark dungeon room. She also never even let me see my eyebrows in a mirror in case I needed anything adjusted. They rush and try to get you out to start on the next person. Terrible quality. And I am not even sure they blue light their utensils for cleanliness. Never going back there again.

1 /5 Abby Romero Perez: I found crystal nails on google and the reviews were pretty decent and they displayed beautiful acrylic nails and nail art. I was so excited to hear they provided gel nails as this was my preference. Unfortunately, I regret coming to this place yet the service was not good and a waste of money honestly. I scheduled an appointment for me and my best friend on 9/10 at 4 PM with Michelle. Not only did we have to wait 30 mins to be attended but someone other than Michelle was doing my friends nails. We had consecutive appointment because I had my child with me. Because of this both Michelle and the trainee started working on my friends nails yet for some reason they seemed to be in a rush even though they close at 7 and had no other clients. Michelle did not even ask my friend is she could start working on her other hand instead she just snatched her hand as she was resting her head on it. Then Michelle criticized everything the other nail tech was doing and would rip the nail tips that had already been glued right off to reposition. When it was my turn she did the same thing three times and it was very painful yet unlike acrylics, gel requires a full nail extension not just the tip. After the gel is cured the nail is fully attached to your nail so when she was tugging at it to reposition I could feel my whole nail moving and it was a painful stinging sensation. I didn’t want to be rude so I didn’t say anything in fact the trainee mentioned something then Michelle was more gentle and didn’t let the nails cure for too long. We were charged $55 per set was seemed absurd given the service but we paid and left. That same night, about 5 hours later two nails had the nail polish peeling off completely then about 12 hours later a nail started lifting. By 9/12 one of my nails fully came off, another nail chipped and the paint was coming off on 3 nails. At this point I’m extremely dissatisfied so I call around noon and ask them to fix it and they tell me to come in and I said I would go in in the evening. I arrived at 5:45 PM and the nail salon was already closed and there was no explanation or sign, the only thing displayed were the hours which dictated a closing time of 7 PM. It’s disappointing that the service and quality of nails is poor and mediocre. I will not be returning and don’t recommend this salon. I feel so bad that I took my friend there and had her pay for such service as she was also unsatisfied with her nails. UPDATE (since for some reason I can’t respond to owner): Was contacted by the salon via text message however I had already gotten my nails fixed elsewhere. I went to another salon and the nail tech told me my cuticles weren’t done right and the oil was probably not removed from my nails. They only charged me $20 since they felt bad that they were able to snap my nails right off. Although I do appreciate that crystal nails reached out to me and were willing to fix their mistake. When I was texted by them it sure did seem as if they cared more about me deleting the review than my experience and satisfaction. The response on google was appropriate and I only wish that was the tone that was conveyed in private.
