2 /5 A.p. Gerspach: When making an appointment several months ago, I specifically asked for a cleaning. This wasn’t the case upon checking in. Patients need to be told that an exam is done first then at a MUCH later date and after calling every day to get in I can get a cleaning. *Update and Star added* So they were able to get me in early tomorrow for a cleaning. Not very convenient time as I work nights. But I have to take it or I won’t get in for a while.

5 /5 Nancy Southwick: I have praise for Dr. Ramirez at C.V.C.H. Dental practice . I wanted a perfectionist who was kind and compassionate. Dr. Ramirez is the best of the best. She provides kind and compassionate dentistry, with state of the art knowledge.

1 /5 Sophie Rose Artemisa: The lack of empathy and any level of customer service skills the girls at the wenatchee dental reception exhibit is astounding. Also Lisa the dentist is lazy. Yikes business experience. Go somewhere else.
