5 /5 mike rivers: Outstanding. Very good atmosphere. Change the waiting area seating to feel less DMV-ish, and that would be a giant improvement. Otherwise, the staff is Awesome, Fast, Polite, Engaged, Detailed, Genuine. The chairs you sit in when getting your haircut are great, as is each station. Clean, Organized, Comfortable. They also have hot towels and wipe most the hair off your face, ears and neck when done, perfect! If you want to look like youre in the "know", its self check in. Walk straight in and go to the little tablet computer and follow the very simple prompts to check in, and then go sit down.

5 /5 Shane Karns: Duy is the best. Been going here for almost 4 years now and have never had a bad experience. You can’t beat the price for such a good haircut and beard trim. Always leave a good tip, your barber deserves it!

4 /5 Keilan Freeman: Friendly service, good attention to detail, and relaxing care. Well priced and a good value in my opinion. It does take a while and they werent punctual for my appointment though. I got a haircut, mid taper fade, from Thai today and he did a nice job. It looks clean, and is what I wanted. It was $30 , which I thought was good value. He also did a nice job with straight razor shave of back of my neck, some scalp massage points, and percussion massage of my upper back. I almost fell asleep a few times! Quite a pleasant and relaxing experience. Opportunity for improvement: it did take quite a long time , at over an hour. I also had an appointment booked and they were 15 minutes late getting to me. Id certainly appreciate a bit more punctuality. This brings it down to four stars.

Their cuts are always consistently high quality, they have a ton of barbers available when it’s busy and they are reasonably priced. Nguyen is great and she evens cuts my 2 year old son’s hair! I moved to Michigan a few months ago, but whenever I get back to the PNW, I get a haircut here
