Caden Landry: Took my 1 1/2 year old daughter for her first dentist appointment today, and was super impressed. A great atmosphere, incredibly nice people, and even though my daughter hates getting her teeth brushed, she dealt surprisingly well and was super friendly! Very informative staff and definitely knows how to work with kids!
Mary Gaines: Dr. Draper and his amazingly helpful staff make coming to the dentist enjoyable. He is so caring and gentle, I had an implant done and the whole process went so smoothly. I would highly recommend him to all my family and friends.
Alena Yurevich: The worst dentist experience. Nothing was bothering me before I came to the office. It was a yearly exam and then they have gave me an initial plan for routine feelings which included 3 appointments. Dr. Hope was working on my teeth. The manner was rough and rushed. On the first appointment Dr Hope decided that she will change the plan and decided to work on 5 teeth on one appointment. She started working on a lower tooth, but there was bad pain when she was drilling so she started working on other teeth half way through the lower one. Everything felt extremely rushed and very rough. She performed work on front teeth, then proceeded to lower tooth. She didnt adjust or polish lower tooth since she was focused on the front teeth and kept redoing the front, only after I asked her to look at the actual picture of what they looked before she did. After I came home the pain started, continued to get much worse with every day on all the teeth she has performed work. I came back next week, asking for a different dentist at this point because I didnt want her to perform any more work on my teeth. Again, these were routine feelings. They had to correct the bite and polish and adjust all the teeth she has worked on. I kept bringing up a concern about a lower tooth which was in a lot of pain, they just kept telling me it was a bite issue. I went to a different dentist, had to do X-rays again, and now this has turned into a root canal on the lower tooth. The other teeth she has worked on are always in pain as well. At this point I had already been to the dentist 4 more times because of the sloppy work she has done, and now up to a limit on my insurance plan. Dr Hope I am really hoping when you have a medical issue a person that performs any medical work for u does exactly the same job for you you did for me. Absolutely nightmarish experience.
