Everything was explained before it was done & they never felt rushed or in a hurry when talking with me. I was able to get an appt right away. They were extremely friendly & the blanket/neck pillow offered were icing on the cake! Highly recommend!!
Connolly Home: I believe that Dr. Iasella is highly skilled and does very good work but dealing with their business/billing office was very frustrating. There was a decided lack of follow through when I requested assistance in helping me deal with insurance coverage. Furthermore, I was scheduled for 2 additional procedures but cancelled as the doctor was unwilling to perform those procedures (sinus augmentation and implant) on separate visits. I requested this accommodation so that my insurance would cover both procedures. I easily found another oral surgeon who was happy to do so.
