Sue Holve: Everything went smoothly from check in to prep for surgery. Met the anesthesiologist, explained his part of procedure and it went exactly as explained. Had no pain from shot for nerve block. Once home the doctor called to see how the nerve block was doing. Staff was great in treating my care beginning to end. Its been a week and feel great. Thank you Dr. Boyer and staff.
Sarafina Sea: Switched from Family & maternity care Clinic by Mary Bridge in Tacoma due to moving to the area. Couldn’t be happier. This clinic is much smaller, cleaner and the care here is great. The nurses are nice and my doctor is very informative. The staff at the front desk is always sweet and knows everyone by name. Booking my appointments has never been an issue including the 2 times I’ve had to to reschedule. Highly recommend if you’re looking for maternity practice in the area !
Sarah Fleming: This place has been nothing but good to me. I think a lot of people arent understanding of the fact that a lot of places are short staffed anymore and the people that are working have a big work load on them. We as individuals must advocate for ourselves and not wait for someone else to get the ball rolling for us. Ive had some great therapists and some not so good, but they always help me find someone else to better suit my needs. Ive been going here for a few years now and I recommend it. I appreciate all of the people that work here. They have always been kind to me. Dont give up on your mental health. This place has seriously saved my life.
Kristen Miranda: Stacey did not have good customer service at all. We as new comers thought the establishment was closed (due to reserved holiday) because there was no one in the lobby, doors were locked and no out to lunch sign. When asking her if they are normally closed at this time she stated " only until the 31st" . When I called the recording before she arrived it didnt state on there that they changed their business hours or would be changing them due to holidays. Communication would be nice, " new lunch hours see you at 1pm, " lunch from 12-1", "brb" etc. Besides that once we got back into the actual room with the RN Mary, she been great and her customer service is great!!

Linda Burrington: Amy Pearcy does not touch feet, in fact she told me they gross her out. I left with no care. I was not only embarrassed but angry. I have clean feet, So disappointed!!

VICTORIA TRAVERSO: I have seen 4 specialists in WA and 1 in AZ regarding my back issues. Not one would help because of my age and the need for total spine replacement. I was at the end of the line when I consulted with Dr. Hong many years ago. I found he listens, is caring and compassionate. Upon further research I found he is extremely knowledgable and skillful along with a great personality. I know I will never be pain free again and I know my condition will only worsen. Dr Hong is working closely with me to keep my pain as minimal as possible. I am ever so thankful. I highly recommend Dr. Hong.
I have follow up procedures in the Puyallup office. The staff is fantastic! They are knowledgeable, efficient and professional. I have always received exceptional service and have witnessed empathy towards other patients.
