Connolly Home: I believe that Dr. Iasella is highly skilled and does very good work but dealing with their business/billing office was very frustrating. There was a decided lack of follow through when I requested assistance in helping me deal with insurance coverage. Furthermore, I was scheduled for 2 additional procedures but cancelled as the doctor was unwilling to perform those procedures (sinus augmentation and implant) on separate visits. I requested this accommodation so that my insurance would cover both procedures. I easily found another oral surgeon who was happy to do so.

Lea Marino: As a brand new patient to the practice, I was a little apprehensive about what to expect. I know the dentist can be a pretty scary place for a lot of people, myself included. From my first call to make my appointment to check in to the actual visit, I can’t say enough kind words about the team. They are all so welcoming, thorough and knowledgeable. I was scheduled to be seen the next day at 7am for my dental pain. They were able to X-ray, diagnose and direct me to the proper follow up care with efficiency and care. I would like to give much appreciation to the office manager Ms. Jennifer whom always is on top of things. Not only were they able to fit her in for her initial appointment in a timely manner, but the level of professionalism, courtesy and skilled artistry was evident every step of the way. Today mom went in for her follow up appointment and she has her beautiful smile back. I cannot say enough nice things for Sage Dental here in Titusville, Florida. We highly recommend them.
ROGUE_PENGUIN: Had an appointment for the 29th of January took off work and paid for a Lyft got there 30 mins before my appointment waited in the waiting room for 30 mins with no one coming up to the front to let me check in. Finally someone came up and I proceeded to give her my appointment little did I find out there was never an appointment put in even though I have text from them confirming my appointment so then I asked if I can be seen today and all she said was we are short staffed so we can’t do anything for you today but then proceededs to give me a number for garden at coastal dental first i don’t know why I was never scheduled for an appointment and second I took off work and took a Lyft just to find out I can’t even been seen. Why didn’t I get called or texted saying any of this. The a couple hours later I get another text saying I canceled when I didn’t
