2 /5 Juan Contreras: Had a good experience before tried booking again was told to use booksy so went ahead and did that booked around Sunday and assumed it was all good showed up today and was told the stylist didn’t even have the app anymore and I should have called. Definitely should have called but very unprofessional in the end. I say try at ur own risk but I think I will be going elsewhere from now on.

1 /5 Marquetta Jackson: Service is terrible bad customer service and very ghetto and messy people if you want your hair braided please go to the African braiding shop in the Vancouver Mall they had better customer service and the braids are beautiful way better than this place located in the hood Ds beauty supply is lacking people please be aware its really sad I booked with Deveris a week in advance even after getting my hair braided wrong from an employee that worked for Deveris I called and spoke with Deveris and booked for a quick weave with a wash n conditioner n corn rows for my baby shower that was September 1,2024 the devil is a lie Deveris called me the day before my baby shower and cancelled said she doesnt want to do my hair because her employee said That I told her she pulls my hair out when she braids it how ghetto can you be messy personally D you did pull my hair but I told you in your face and to stop pulling my hair when you braid my hair I never told your employee the one who did my hair a different way and it should not even matter just STOP PULLING PEOPLES HAIR OUT!!!!!!! dont get mad and say Im not going to do your hair personally $200 for a quick weave is not worth it no thank you when D cancelled the day before my baby shower it actually saved me $200 and I did my own quick weave so God is good D you did not stop nothing you actually saved me money Im praying for you and your shop because with the messy and ghetto customer service and lack of professionalism D beauty supply will be going out of business very soon this place does not deserve one star Terrible

5 /5 Aquelio Vinson: Ive been getting my hair braided by Hollywood for a while now and I couldnt be happier with the results! He was[is] incredibly skilled and worked quickly, but still took the time to make sure each braid was neat and even. The braids have held up really well and Ive been getting compliments left and right. I highly recommend Ds Hair for anyone looking for a talented and efficient braides!
