5 /5 Truths Love: This review is regarding Quattro Salon in the Salons By JC quarters. Celeste of Quattro Salon is amazing! Amazing! I came to her with damaged hair! A different salon damaged my hair so badly that I thought I was going to half to chop it all off! I had to do a chop, but she was able to restore and save a lot of my hair. Before going to Celeste, my hair was dry, brittle, crunchy, breaking off and just a mess! After Celeste fixed my hair it was once again silky, soft, fluid, light and just wonderful. I got compliments all day long! I am so grateful for her. She clearly knows what she is doing! Shes so amazing I almost feel grateful that the other salon jacked up my hair just so I could find her! Everything happens for a reason! Thank you Celeste for making a miracle out of my mess!
