I was looking for a reliable car for months and Chip went as far as to message people on my behalf. Long story short the few people who work at Dugans are amazing people and damn good at their job. The pricing is great and the work they do is even greater!! These guys are the real deal!

These people REALLY DO CARE about you and your vehicles situation. Family owned and operated. These are good people! My husband gave me the number to Dugans Automotive to call regarding our vehicles sudden failure. I was sort of a wreck and needed quick help. From the conversation that Chip and I first had on the phone and by the questions he asked me and the answers he had to mine, I could tell that I was going to be in good hands with a mechanic who was knowledgeable and compassionate of my situation. I was not wrong. Chip and his son deserve high praise, they really came through for us. These guys know their stuff. Chip takes the time to listen to your concerns and is patient when explaining things to somebody like me whom knows little about vehicle repairs.
