5 /5 Randy KELLEY: My first appointment was recently completed today. The staff and Dr. Potter are a finely tuned and well-oiled machine in that they work together exceptionally well. From receptionist, dental assistants, bookkeeper to Dr. Potter himself were all knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel welcome and relaxed. Next time Im in will be the real test as he will install a crown. Stay tuned for the next review.

5 /5 Lila Davenport: DR Potter is Amazing, genuine, compassionate, caring, knowledgable. Loved the hygienist Alisha , her energetic bubbly personality made cleaning a fun experience . Sundi the office manager was friendly, efficient, and professional providing necessary insurance and billing information . All of the staff made me feel like id been going there for years. Ive never felt more comfortable with less anxiety about a visit to the dentist in my life. They squeezed me in as a new patient and accomplished comprehensive, xray, and cleaning all my first day. LOVE this office right down to the beautiful, helpful young lady that greets you and checks you in. BEST in Wenatchee in my book ❤️

5 /5 Judi Hanan: I went in for a teeth cleaning and X-rays and Narimar did a great job. She took her time, and made explanations to me about what she was doing. Dr. Potter and his staff always make me feel appreciated. All of them are very personable and professional.

Dr. Potter was incredibly thorough and detailed in evaluating my care, taking the time to put a solid plan in place to address everything I needed. He is extremely personable and truly connects with his patients—I never felt rushed, and he made sure all my questions were answered. Des, his assistant, was so kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the start. I returned the next day for a cleaning, and Alisha did an excellent job! She has a warm, fun demeanor that made the experience even better. The entire team at Echoridge is professional, friendly, and dedicated to great patient care. I highly recommend them!

5 /5 Coty Nisbet: My favorite dental office ever. I used to have anxiety when going to the dentist, but now I almost look forward to it. The staff is so friendly and caring. The actual dental work Dr. Potter does is outstanding. He did my veneers after a series of surgeries and orthodontics and I couldnt recommend his work more.
