5 /5 Karina Ness: When I first moved to the area, my biggest concern was finding a new place and going through trial and error in going to different salons. I got so lucky my first try because I didn’t have to try any other place due to my first experience. My first appointment was with Kim, the owner. She was incredible and it shows that she loves her work and is so passionate about her job and her customers. It was probably the best gel manicure and conversation I’ve ever had while getting my nails done. After that, I started going to Jenny since Kim gets pretty booked because of her amazing talent. Jenny is just as sweet and talented nail tech too, and she is always cautious and meticulous in her work. I was always blown away every time I would leave the salon because my nails would last over 3+ weeks. She takes such great care of my natural nails as I don’t do acrylic, but she keeps them so strong and healthy that it looks like I do! These nail techs truly care for their clients, and you can see it as they greet them and talk with them. It’s a really great feeling to be remembered and pick up where you left off in your conversation from three weeks before and onto your next appointment. Em salon does it best. Their staff, services, color options, and quality are above all. I’m so sad to be moving away because this place is my absolute gem spot. Thank you Em Salon for the continuous great services!
