05-2025 Encore Salon in The Best 18 Hair Salons in Vancouver, WA (part 2) Urban Glow Salon | Hair Salon Vancouver WA - Vancouver Debra Robertson: Went to go see Babs today. The 1st time I have been to the salon in at least a year I think. So she had to deal with a lot of box color residue and a shaggy head of hair. She gave me such an awesome amazing cut!!! This cut makes me feel absolutely gorgeous. The framing is perfect for my face the bounce is lovely. It falls right back into this gorgeous shape. The color is EXACTLY what I like best. I am walking around feeling beautiful and gorgeous.
Important to note. I have ALOT of hair. SO MUCH HAIR. So I need to thin. But I have a natural curl, so if the stylist uses the thinning shears I get the short hairs that curl up and I walk around like a deranged poodle for months and months.
Babs knew Exactly how to thin me, without those shears, into long loose layers. My hair feels light and bouncy and looks amazing.
Also, she did an all over color, a thining and new shaping cut, a Brazilian blowout, AND an eyebrow wax in just about 2 hours.
AMAZING to me who has been forced to sit in the chairs for 4 to 6 hours before for similar services.
Other people have made comments about the price... but I found it extremely reasonable and comparable to other stylists I have been too.
Overall color correction, awesome haircut with a perfectly executed thinning, a Brazilian blowout, and an eyebrow wax all told for 500 is very close to my last three stylists. So I dont think the price was a sticker shock at all. And for my amazing color and this stunningly gorgeous cut and style, I am extremely happy.
I have already set my next months appointment.
Am so happy to have find such an amazing stylist so close to me that I can get to so easily.

Building is lovely and old school break. The saloon is a beautiful space all told with lovely touches throughout.
Pampered Salon & Spa - Vancouver Tina ODell: I followed Paige to Pampered,and always LOVE what she does with my hair. Every time the color is spot on,and she walks me thru what products she is using. I have a really busy schedule and really appreciate that she does a cut /color and style in probably half the time most people take . Highly recommend checking her out !!!
Wicked Eye Hair Design - Vancouver Stefanie Jolly: By FAR the most comfortable place to get my hair done. I drive an hour south to Vancouver just to have Stacy do my hair! Its very laid back. Bonus she will schedule me late night as well and when your on a graveyard schedule it means the world to me. I have NEVER had any shop even offer to do that. Shes so patient especially when I have no idea what I want. Best of all she will even brainstorm with me and not make me feel rushed or like a burden. SHE IS AMAZING EVERYONE!! I will never go anywhere else, THANKS TO THE MOON STACY YOU ARE SIMPLY THE BESTEST!
Urban Beauty - Vancouver Tara Perron: Jenny is an amazing stylist! I have been going to her over a decade. Urban beauty has a relaxed northwest contemporary feel. I highly recommend her and Urban beauty!

Even when I don’t know exactly what I want, she is patient, creative, and masterful in her execution. The whole shop is a fun and quirky vibe in the middle of the best block in Vancouver
Spoiled Salon - Vancouver Isabel Mocca: Every time I leave this salon; I leave so happy! The stylist I must book with every time is Kaitlyn! She is so exceptional with blonding, she really takes her time to make it exactly how you want, and she is so fun to work with. She really listens to what you are wanting and works with you as a team to get your desired results. I will be going back to her for as long as she does hair!!
Studio V Hair Salon - Vancouver Emily Gribben: Had the best cut and color of my life! Laura was so sweet and funny and fast! Im picky about my cuts and she listened and did it perfectly! She sure is a blonde specialist! Ive already had two compliments from strangers about my color being so good! Thank you thank you so much! The salon is super cute and a very friendly vibe!
Extravaganza Hair Salon - Vancouver Norma Zarate: Victor cuts my hair and he is really professional and a detail guy.... all the people they work they are friendly and good at ther job they are always smiling and making jokes, they make you feel comfortable.. Im being using them for 2 years and Victor still surprised me with a good haircut event better of what I ask.
Salon Lavanda - Vancouver Mila Kowalik: Liz is the best!! I wanted a full hair transformation, and she did such an amazing job!!
She also gave me some really helpful tips and recommendations, Ive been to a lot of stylists and none have been this helpful.
You can tell she truly loves what she does, I cannot recommend her enough!
