5 /5 Bri Brown: My 1966 Mustang broke down on a Tuesday afternoon. I called this shop after 4pm. 2 mechanics came over and got my started. It was having an idle, carburator and hot start issue. These guys were so nice and helpful. They didnt even want to charge me! Its so rare these days to get such amazing service.... Especially in a pinch. I am so thankful for them (I believe it was Ahmed and JT). They even adjusted my idle to ensure it would get me home. Thank you so much!!!

I called all a round and finally talked with Ahmed and Alix and told them that we needed help. They said to come on in. In about an hour they had it fixed. What a great set of humans. Thank you guys for helping us get to California safely and on a Saturday. We know you guys are busy, to drop everything and help complete strangers, just wow. The team has consistently provided excellent service and always been honest and upfront about any issues with my car. They’re genuinely good people who truly care. I also want to give a special shoutout to Ahmed. I once had car trouble while out in town, and by chance, he happened to be behind me. Without even realizing it was me, he immediately pulled over and offered to help. That kind of kindness and willingness to help a stranger without hesitation is rare — and deeply appreciated. 5 /5 Sara: Super quick accurate estimate for a new radiator for my 2000 Dodge Durango. Twas the lowest of the 3 quotes I got between EDs and Buckys. Dropped the car off at 9am and done by 1:00pm with a brand new radiator and NO more overheating! So happy with the service I received. Alix treated me with respect and was super kind towards my children even after one of them broke his displayed model cars. Highly recommend!

He had all the parts we needed and was incredibly informative about my car and answered all of my questions, taking the time to show me and demonstrate what he was talking about. M&N Absolute Auto Repair - Everett

Gahlwat Prince: Extremely disappointed with M&N Auto Repair. I went to them with a sensor issue in my car, and instead of properly diagnosing the actual problem, they told me I needed major transmission work. They charged me $200 just to read an error code, which I later found out I could’ve gotten for free at any local auto parts store. The worst part? They didn’t even fix the issue. Just handed me the error and guessed it was a transmission problem. No real solution, no fix—just a waste of money. I ended up going to another mechanic, and they diagnosed and fixed the issue in just 40 minutes. Turns out, the problem was just a small seal that needed to be replaced—nothing even remotely related to the transmission. This shop clearly lacks the proper knowledge and professionalism, and I feel completely ripped off. I do not recommend this place at all. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Ha Travis: Conaway motors worked in my Audi s3. After many hours of tearing it apart and trying to fix it myself, I accepted defeat and towed it to Conaway. They were fast. Took 2 days to diagnose, and 2 days to get it done. I had originally figured there was water in my fuel and thought I got it all out, but when Conaway took it, they diagnosed it with the same issue and cleared my tank + crankcase correctly. Eric, the tech who worked on my car was extremely knowledgeable and had great customer service. Had a great conversation with him over the car and he was super helpful. Told me exactly what he did. My float on my fuel pump was even broken (I told him dont worry about it), but he even fixed it for me when he took the fuel pump out. Along with adding a clamp to one of my loose hoses. And then told me other little things about my car just to make sure I knew about them Broken plastics/supports etc). Overall, was worth my money and great experience. They know what theyre doing for sure. Adding on to that, Logan was super nice over the phone and even though I was being a pain in the butt, he stayed professional and reassured me. They did a terrible job on my car and when I called them out, they became extremely rude and argumentative and blamed it on the fact that they installed a used part. I had to take my car back the same day after I picked it up due to a wiring issue which they claimed they have never touched but were doing me a favor and "fixed" it. The owner and employees are very sketchy and dishonest. On my last visit to this place I was so frustrated with the situation (taking my car back for the 3rd time on the same week) that the front desk employee didnt take kindly to me listing all my complaints in front of other customers (reinstalling the wiring harness, they routed it entirely incorrectly. None of the factory mounting points were used to secure the wiring harness away from hot and/or moving objects, leaving the harness taut against the side of the engine, which is a fire hazard. the car was able to be started in any gear Park, Neutral, Reverse, Drive) he asked us to leave and to expect a call from the shop owner. The shop owner called me later just to verbally harass me and demanding an apology from me. I took my car to a transmission shop for an evaluation just to confirm the multitude of issues they have created, the poor work quality and strongly suggested to never take my car or any other car to Safety Auto Repair. I have mailed a demand letter asking for a refund which they refuse to issue. I have filed a complaint to the Washington State Attorneys General office and to the BBB. Most of the 5 star reviews here are fake. Just go somewhere else!

Its been 4 days; no lights have come on, car is running smoother and quieter. Will definitely return to this honest, simple, family run business. Highly recommend.
