1 /5 Andrew Le: Worst customer service. I came in to have a check engine light looked at. Kim took my key and didnt say much. After he looked at the car under the hood, then came back to tell me I need a part replace for $350... He got upset that I started to ask too many questions and said I should have told of what I did to the car before I came. I told him he didnt give me a chance to tell him what I did. He just got upset and told me to leave. He also reset my check engine light and its history so the next car shop could not properly diagnosis the problem until I get that CEL to show up again. Horrible customer service, rude manager/owner. Mr Kim. Avoid this place if you can. The shop next door was a lot friendlier.
