5 /5 Jessica Wolff: I think I found my new favorite nail salon in town. I’m not sure the girls name who did my fill but after a not so great Full set she was able to give me the shape that I wanted. Mandy was great with helping me choose a color and design. I like that they make you feel welcome and comfortable. Also I have to say out of all the nail salons i’ve been to in the last 12 years they have the most color options you can imagine. I went home very happy and the next day I even broke a nail unfortunately but went back and they fixed it free of charge. I just got my nails done and I can’t wait for two weeks so I can go back and get something even cooler. I highly recommend this nail salon. Thank you exotic nails.

1 /5 Ellie sweet: Never have I been so upset that I’ve felt the need to write a review for a business but this is actually crazy. I usually just do my own nails at home to save some money but I was really needing some self care so I decided to treat myself but I definitely won’t be doing this again. Prices online said $50 dollars for a gel pedicure but my total ended up being $65 before a tip. A little frustrating but not the end of the world. The part that really got me was that by the end of the day almost all the polish had started lifting and not one but two had popped off completely. Not to mention that the polish was splotchy and I probably could’ve done a better job myself.

1 /5 Kathryn R: Scheduled appointment. Very very busy. Left after closing when it was dark. Had 4 different ladies doing my nails. Took 2.5 hours for full set Acrylic. Nail areas not clean at all. Table lighting kept turning off making it difficult for the Tech to clearly see. I chose a style and shape ,and Nail Technician cut nails to short to achieve them so I ended up with square nails instead of More natural Almond shape. Underside of nails was not cleaned or filed at all ,and when they finished I had so much file residue on my hands that one could have mistaken where I might have been was out hand Sanding on a project. As one can see it looks terrible the very next day! There is no excuse for poor quality especially when paired with more than enough time! Im disappointed to have to leave this review especially after reading all the great reviews. This isnt my first rodeo so I do know what to expect, how long it should take as well as the process!
