5 /5 Pearl Paradise: We called around 4:30ish too book an appointment for 3 @5:15 and it was accepted once we got there it was pretty busy but we finally got seated at the pedi seat and although it was busy we did not feel rushed. 3 different people did my feet and they all did an amazing job! I was so relaxed and almost fell asleep twice!! They took their time with me and was also efficient at the same time. I don’t know how but they were!! The only downside was there was no available WiFi and the AC was down? Off? Not working? Other than that they did great my toes are super cute!

Went in for a fill and was so pleased with the service that I stayed for a pedicure! Awesome pedi and they took their time with my fill. Definitely recommend. Edit. After taking my time after shopping and running around I was able to examine my nails. They are perfect!! They are beautifully smooth and shaped around the cuticle! I expect they will grow out nicely! I will definitely return. I do recommend making an appointment as they are a busy shop.

5 /5 Gabrielle J: Fabulous nail salon! Clean, quiet, spacious, nail salon. Have come here a few times and every time they do a fabulous job! They actually care about the quality service. This was my first time getting a new full set at this location. An Hong did a fabulous job giving the shape I wanted. I did a walk in first thing in the morning - Wednesday. An they took me in no problem providing a full new set and pedicure. I keep trying other places. But here so far my favorite! Thanks for your wonderful service! Also the location has great food options ;)

In what world are these square crooked Barbie pink nails I left with the same as the photo she looked at for two and a half hours that I tried to kindly correct multiple times. By the end she was just laughing and saying no it’s fine. When I asked her to change things. Completely unacceptable. I don’t think I have ever left a review before but it can be so frustrating to leave with the wrong thing so don’t go here.

Their unprofessional behavior, including speaking in Vietnamese, was unappreciated. The owner, who provided my nail service, did not take the time necessary to ensure a satisfactory result. The work was unprofessional, heavy-handed, and lacking in quality. Despite my concerns regarding the unevenness of my nails, the issue remains unresolved. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and strongly believe that the salon requires significant improvement.

Second time there and for sure I will not come back. And if you pay by card ( even debit ), they will charge $1.00 fee on top doesn’t matter what, there was no sign or note about that- just verbal infor when you pay. It made me feel like be forced to use another method for my payment.
