1 /5 Jazmyne Peters: Google doesn’t allow for ZERO stars so I’m stuck giving a false one star.. Horrible. Wont be back. First of all I had an appointment for myself and my mom and when we arrived we were made to wait post my appointment time. Today’s my birthday and the lateness of my appointment has caused everything to be pushed back. My mom ended up canceling her appointment because of the lateness and the blatant no regard to my personal time. Nails aren’t what I expected either. Very rushed. Won’t be back to this establishment. I also noticed the respect and service that was given to others that don’t look like myself (non African American clients) didn’t match what was given to me.

5 /5 Anya McAlpin: They are very nice. Salon is clean and has fresh air, which I always like. Made sure nails were what we wanted. Hours posted need to be corrected online. New fav spot!

1 /5 Maria Barboza: First time that I went to this place and definitely never going back. When you are paying for a service (which is not cheap) if yours nails are not looking good in the end you at least expect for a good customer service. I told the lady that was doing my nails that I didn’t like my nails thick, she was trying to do more natural, but totally BUMPY. When I asked her if she could fix it she started yelling at me saying that I asked her to do that. Not only yelling at me, she started SLAPPING ON MY HANDS, because she said that I wasn’t listening to her. Like, what? She said: I’m gonna put shellac on top of your nails and you get out. I wasn’t trying to do not pay for my services, if I went to a nail shop to get my nails done because I was treating myself after a long time and I work hard for that, I just want my nails to look good. Customer service less than zero.

After eight years of going to Fancy Nails for my acrylic nails, I had some bubbling of my gel polish a few days after getting my nails done. The tech rushed the light cure part of the process. Usually, my nails last for four weeks! When I went in to get it fixed, the tech said I needed to pay what it normally costs for a fill! I asked why I should have to pay for her mistake! The owner, who also does nail work, did not say anything to me to say that they would make this right. She spoke in another language back and forth with the tech. I can not go back to Fancy Nails because they decided to treat me with disrespect and contempt. Why would you treat a long-time customer who has referred business to you this way? Why wouldnt they just own and fix their mistake?

5 /5 Jullia Kim: I walked in without an appointment today, and asked for some clean up and a coat of polish, and I was sat immediately. We got more fun with it, and I was expecting it to be more than it was. Very affordable, and very kind staff. Thank you for your hard work. :)

Joanne Nguyen: This nail salon is under new management so I decided to try them out. I was very impressed with how spacious, clean, and welcoming the salon is. I had builder gel done with cat eye hearts, which looked great! The picture doesn’t do it justice! Also had a pedicure and it felt amazing after I was done- like I was walking on clouds! They also offer a variety other services. Would highly recommend the Nail salon!! Can’t wait to come back!

I told her exactly what I wanted FLAT and STRAIGHT before we began. While we were in the process of it I could already tell it’s not what I wanted! Why would I waste my time on getting my nails done for the second time and have it looking like a birds beak again! The brown nails is done by friend! That’s how it should look like!

Sara Cearley: I recently moved to the area and decided to try this salon based on its good reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I got a full set with gel and chrome from the owner, costing $115. Within a week, while I was still on vacation, the gel started peeling on both thumbs and a pinky nail, and some of the acrylic chipped off. When I returned to the salon to ask if they could sand off the gel and repaint a new solid color (since I couldnt remember the exact pink or chrome used), I was told it would cost an additional $35. I found this to be very frustrating, especially considering the initial service was already expensive and the quality was poor overall. Not pleased with the quality of the nails and the terrible customer service, I ended up walking out. I will definitely not be returning to this salon.

I love their Christmas decor. However my nails are very uneven with the acrylic and not smooth at all. I would love to come back but maybe with a different nail tech.

Arianna Bautista: When I first got in there, I showed her the picture of the color that I wanted. She said she had the color I got builder gel. The builder gel is unevenly applied so one side of my nail looks higher than the other when it came time to paint my nails she put on a color that didn’t look close to the color that I wanted so we tried to find a different color. She said she didn’t have it so I told her to just paint a clear. She just did a clearcoat and she fuzz cured onto my nail so now I have fuzzy nails that I can’t get undone because it’s cured I will not be going back to this place, terrible experience. She also shaved my nails very weirdly they’re not shaped evenly. One side is more rounder. The other side is more pointy just very lazy. I think she got rushed for whatever reason I will I do not recommend this nail salon.
