Charlie took care of the estimate and this was a difficult situation because I didnt have full coverage on the car and was facing a very large out of pocket expense. Charlie worked with me and his product manager to make the car esthetically pleasing and SAFE to drive for my 16 year old with the essential repairs I could afford until I can get thr rest done. I am so very grateful! The car looks great and I feel very comfortable with my young driver being on the road again.
