Sarah was such a fun and efficient hairdresser and I loved having her work on my hair. I got bangs cut and an all over color and it only took about 2.5 hours but I never felt like it was taking very long.

Madelyn Stratton: paid $345 for an extension move up and within days i had a whole row fall out COMPLETELY. at this point id had extensions for months and multiple move ups and reinstalling done and NEVER had this happen. i sent pictures time and date stamped of what happened for proof and requested a refund and explained why. i had to follow up multiple times and continue reaching out and was eventually told a refund was not possible and i could come in for another appointment to try again. i asked again for the refund and followed up with a call. i was ignored completely and still found no resolution. very disappointed since i spent a decent amount of money to get my hair done and ended up with it in worse shape then before i came in and out a couple hundred dollars
