1 /5 Latisha Marie: My daughter and I came into get our lashes done March 3rd by Maria. She was really nice and made us feel comfortable. My complaint is the fact that the lashes are falling out not even a week later and it appears to be lash clusters. I asked for individual lashes for both myself and my daughter. We’ve cleaned them and did everything that was recommended. Yet 6 days later over half my lashes fell out on the ends and my daughter has clumps of lashes falling out. I thought I had found a lash tech who I’d want to return to, but nope. I didn’t pay to have them fall out not even a WEEK later. This isn’t my first time getting my lashes done and they look NOTHING like I asked for, but by the time I seen them she was done. Her time management was great, but now I’m wondering if it’s because she cut corners by using lash clusters instead of individual lashes.

1 /5 Anda Spso: Someone I know recommended this salon. I read the reviews and looked over their website. They have really good reviews so I know they provide good service to some people. I thought it was a nice place. I was mistaken. I made an appointment online for braids and called to schedule a shampoo as instructed. I called several times and left 2 messages ( 1 in the am& 1 after 5). I thought they may not have a receptionist but someone would call back. I was wrong. The site said they take walk-in appointments so I went in early to do my shampoo. I arrived after they opened and was told that they were closed the day before (it wasn’t a Sun or Mon and nothing alluded to being closed) but they would see what they could do to fit me in. I received my shampoo and waited for my braiding appointment. I liked the results. I went to the counter to pay and was given an amount that was $40 more than I expected. I asked why I was being charged more and showed the prices posted online. I was told by my stylist that she wasn’t sure why it says that and it must not have been updated. I mentioned that they should address that issue since it was misleading. She said she would speak with the owner about it. After paying I asked for a printed receipt. She said she couldn’t do that. She then asked Jackie how to print the receipt and she was told by her that she would send it to me (get my info). So on top of everything else I wasn’t an important enough client to take a couple of minutes to print a receipt. It has been a few days and I’ve never received the receipt. The whole encounter has left a bad taste in my mouth. I’m still unclear why I paid $40 more than was stated on the website. I did not get an elaborate style or really long braids. Just basic, past my shoulders box braids. I did not feel welcome there, so I won’t go back.

5 /5 Colt Luce: Julie was amazing and so patient while my little girl worked up the courage for her ear piercing! Julie and the other girls there were all so nice, sweet and friendly! Appreciate them all and would highly recommend Julie to anyone looking at having a piercing done!! :)
