1 /5 Shannon Boyce: Do not book an appointment with Katie Dodge. She is VERY unprofessional & RUDE!!!I I went in for a hair appointment and from the onset she had a snarky attitude. When I scheduled my appointment I expressed that I have long and very thick hair and that I would need a little more time for the appointment. She didnt schedule the proper amount of time & blamed it on me. She was rushed the entire time. I cant express clearly enough, how unprofessional and how awful of an experience I had. Do NOT see her. I ended up leaving with half of the service that I originally scheduled. Leaving with wet hair in the middle of winter because she didnt schedule the proper amount of time is insane. Im reporting this to the BBB as well

5 /5 Kelly Moore: My experience is with Barber Aaron at Ginger Salon. I needed a new barber recently and had some stress in deciding who to take a chance with. Driving by often, this fun corner shop grabbed my attention. Thats how I found Aaron. He does a great job, attentive to detail very friendly with a fair price. Give him a shot if you need a barber! I think youll be happy.

2 /5 Kyrsten Frost: One thing to keep in mind is who you are scheduling with. I am new to the area and went in for multiple services with a wide range in quality. I had my hair cut which was fine. I had a wax done, which was also fine. However when I went in for a full set French tips, I was super disappointed. Shaping was inconsistent, the sides/under the nail wasn’t clean, no color was used (even though I asked for pink/white) so where the plastic tips were attached was clearly visible and it did not look good. When I said something, she tried to tell me this was normal!!! I know that’s not the case. She tried to “fix it” by adding gold (attached images, I didn’t get any before as I hoped they’d be fixed) which I was disappointed by (I had told her I was going to a funeral and wanted plain nails). Even after getting them reshaped/filled elsewhere the plastic wasn’t properly secured so they’re popping off like press ons!! It’s a cute place and everyone is nice just not the spot for more complicated nail asks!

Kelly Corbridge: I scheduled an appointment on 6/26 at 3:30pm for a mens haircut. Arrived 15 minutes early and sat down. No one greeted me, said hello, or even acknowledged my existence. There were 3 older women working at the time and they were all busy yapping about random drama. I waited until 3:45 (15 mins past my appointment.) and no one had even addressed me to let me know about any delays, etc. I got up and walked out and will never be returning. Poor service, 1*. There are plenty of better salons nearby, I would skip this establishment entirely.

Misty is a combination of a savvy detailed business women with a sweet soul and heart, I truly do, recommend Misty’s hair with heart!

Adrian Abeto: It took me awhile to find this barbershop after looking around the area. I’ve been going to Milca for about 5 years or so, and she always gets it right. I’ve even taken my nephew for a kids cut, and he is always excited about it. I’ve gotten a taper, drop fade, and even colored my hair here, and it is always perfect! I’d highly recommend her and any other barber at this shop. Her appointment times are accurate so if it’s scheduled you’ll get in & out on time. The app they use makes it easy to book & they also take walk-ins.

Sarah Lynch: I was new to the area and tried this salon. Not only was the cost more than I was quoted over the phone but the haircut was bad and she made fun of my color growing out. She even forgot to cut my bangs until I reminded her - she thought she was done. I ended up finding another salon the next week to fix it and the new stylist was shocked at the cut id been given. Fixed now, elsewhere.
