Sarah Lynch: I was new to the area and tried this salon. Not only was the cost more than I was quoted over the phone but the haircut was bad and she made fun of my color growing out. She even forgot to cut my bangs until I reminded her - she thought she was done. I ended up finding another salon the next week to fix it and the new stylist was shocked at the cut id been given. Fixed now, elsewhere.

She have no respect for their customer whatsoever so please do not go there i’m going give her one star If I have option for 0 star I probably give that to her and for her salon I’m strongly recommended DO NOT GO THIS PLACE. This is my first and last for rock and roll salon.

Ashley Santos: The staff is very kind. I am giving them 3 stars because they were friendly, but the haircut gets 1 star. This was our first time there. I think that communication wasn’t well and the stylist may have done a different cut than expected. Regardless it’s very uneven. I don’t want to leave a negative review but I’m so disappointed by the cut and I live too far away to go back and get it fixed or else I would do that. I should’ve paid more attention as she was cutting and made sure she knew it was just a trim, keeping the layers he already had and not creating new massive chunky ones. If we went to our usual place it would have been $10 instead of $33 but I was trying to save time and travel by stopping there.

Adam S: Im a customer for over 15 years. Language is a problem and yes there were times when I was not too thrilled but theres a reason why I keep going back. I see people here writing negative reviews and making a mountain out of stupid stuff. If you are patient and willing to work with her she is one of the best. Yes shes not the brightest nor she is sophisticated but for a simple haircut she does an excellent job for the price you pay.

So I asked her if she could reach out to me with the next availability and she said no problem. I waited about 2 weeks and left another messages. It’s now been 3 months and never received any contact. She does hair well but I need someone reliable so my search continues.

Leonel Roque: Melody I think her name is!! And she did my hair and she was super fast and friendly!! And her lil dog is a plus!! So cute and friendly too!! Great price!! She listened to what I wanted and how I wanted my haircut and when I told her I changed my mind and wanted the sides even shorter she was very nice about it and cut it even shorter!! Deff my new go to place!!
