1 /5 Carrie Dube: My husband and I took our son to get a fade. Our son ended up walking out with a really bad, I think it was meant to look like a faux hawk, haircut. We went back in to ask if we could have it blended. They took too much off the top. And they told us “That’s a good haircut” so we proceeded to ask for our money back and the woman there told us that it’s a good haircut and that she refuses to give us our money back and even told us to wait on her and that she could fix it but at this point, we were just very hurt by her unprofessional manner and decided to leave. I’m sure she has good clientele who get what they want done but in our case we were treated very poorly. We have them the benefit of the doubt and asked them to fix it but they made it worse and then refused to give us our money back. I even tried to call for the manager and the woman basically brushed us off. When I called, she answered the phone and set it down and proceeded to ignore me. Please think twice before coming here. And please don’t pay for anything you aren’t satisfied with here. Don’t encourage this unruly behavior that I got from this lady. I won’t add any photos for the sake of my son. He’s pretty bummed out right now and I hope we can get it fixed.
