5 /5 Michael Gardner: TOP NOTCH outfit. I had a noise coming from my engine and in 10 seconds, the man new exactly what was wrong and gave me a price to complete the repair. The parts had to be ordered and 3 days later I dropped off my Nissan Pickup and they completed the repairs in 2 days and charged me less than originally quoted. 2 other auto repair places in town wanted to charge me $200.00 to just bring in the truck and Gordons charged me $267.00 for the entire job which included 3 parts and labor. I was a real customer and I give bad reviews to some businesses but this place is a place you can trust.

5 /5 Colleen McCalip: Service is amazing. We were told it would be two to three weeks before most shops in the area could even see us. Norm got us in on an emergency when our bus broke down on the beach. Nathan worked on it, got it diagnosed and replace the fuel modulator and we were back on the beach for a gorgeous sunset that night before we had to head home Spokane. Their service was friendly and professional and their price was very reasonable, we are 100% satisfied.

1 /5 Rebecca Barnes: Extremely unprofessional. They dont keep track of appointments they schedule, and dont expect them to let you know in advance that they arent actually going to keep their scheduled appointments. They also lie. Yeah, they obviously have some people they actually do work for, and might be good when they actually do the work, but how many others do they screw over in the meantime? If you arent one of the precious few that are able to get in right away and get work done, dont bother calling this dishonorable, unscrupulous shop for anything.
