5 /5 Ally Armbruster: I honestly cannot say enough good things about Hailey! She gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. I have a lot of hair and it is fine so not many people know how to cut my hair as well as take the time to do it nicely. Hailey went above and beyond to make sure my hair was gonna lay nicely, have great shape, and not be so heavy and bulky on the ends! I also got a balayage done and I have never been so happy with the results! She doesn’t rush you out the door but makes sure you actually get what you want. I’ve never had a stylist care so much if I’m happy with my hair or not. I actually enjoy looking at my hair now and we lightened it without it compromising my hair. The attention to detail is unmatched and I officially found my favorite stylist in Spokane! I’ll definitely be back to her again.

Super helpful in teaching me and explaining what she is doing. She far exceeded my expectations. I am incredibly happy with my hair. Thai was my first visit. 5 /5 Christen Diamond: Hailey is a hair Magician! I literally came in with a birds nest in my hair, ready for a change, needing something that looked a lot more professional and tamed. Haley spent three plus hours transformingmy hair. She foiled my whole hair in highlights and low lights. I dont usually let someone cut my hair it probably hasnt been cut professionally in 10+ years. She was extremely careful not to lose my length. She also flat ironed my hair. Yeah I felt like my hair was healthy again. I got home and my husband was washing his truck and started hooting and hollerin’Hyping me up in his fan girl mode!! Yelled this so loud that the neighbors heard. He said oh girl look at you, lookin’ so fine with that beautiful hair, Ooh girl you know you’d be stopping traffic… it’s time to go dancing lookin’ so fine!!!! I couldnt stop laughing. Thank you Hailey for taking on my hair challenge!

I read reviews and decided to give her a try and boy am I glad I did. Hailey knows about colors and she knew exactly what I wanted when I was telling her, she is hands down the best and I wish I could take her back to Mississippi with me. Trish Wisner: I have been seeing Sandy at Waves since she was in school. After moving around a bit and having to see other hair stylists, I can say Sandy is by far my favorite. She always makes sure she knows exactly what I want, even though it is the same every time. The house they converted into a studio was renovated beautifully! I look forward to going in every time. They are popular though, so you have to book well in advance!

Of all the times Ive gotten hair cuts, Ive never been treated or cared for as well. She did an amazingly great job on my trim and reshaping my beard again. I cant praise her enough. Super kind and Ive found my new haircare specialist! I highly recommend her! You wont be disappointed, shes Awesome!

She is very knowledgeable. She will be honest with you about what your hair will and wont do or what precisely it will take to accomplish your request. Shes aces in my book.
