5 /5 Ally Armbruster: I honestly cannot say enough good things about Hailey! She gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. I have a lot of hair and it is fine so not many people know how to cut my hair as well as take the time to do it nicely. Hailey went above and beyond to make sure my hair was gonna lay nicely, have great shape, and not be so heavy and bulky on the ends! I also got a balayage done and I have never been so happy with the results! She doesn’t rush you out the door but makes sure you actually get what you want. I’ve never had a stylist care so much if I’m happy with my hair or not. I actually enjoy looking at my hair now and we lightened it without it compromising my hair. The attention to detail is unmatched and I officially found my favorite stylist in Spokane! I’ll definitely be back to her again.

5 /5 Kelly Rao: Hailey is truly an artist that listens to what you want and has the knowledge - talent to deliver. All I can say is WOW!!! She has an amazing personality. So much fun. Super helpful in teaching me and explaining what she is doing. She far exceeded my expectations. I am incredibly happy with my hair. Thai was my first visit. Already have my next appt scheduled with her. Thankful I found her!!!

5 /5 Christen Diamond: Hailey is a hair Magician! I literally came in with a birds nest in my hair, ready for a change, needing something that looked a lot more professional and tamed. Haley spent three plus hours transformingmy hair. She foiled my whole hair in highlights and low lights. I dont usually let someone cut my hair it probably hasnt been cut professionally in 10+ years. She was extremely careful not to lose my length. She also flat ironed my hair. Yeah I felt like my hair was healthy again. I got home and my husband was washing his truck and started hooting and hollerin’Hyping me up in his fan girl mode!! Yelled this so loud that the neighbors heard. He said oh girl look at you, lookin’ so fine with that beautiful hair, Ooh girl you know you’d be stopping traffic… it’s time to go dancing lookin’ so fine!!!! I couldnt stop laughing. Thank you Hailey for taking on my hair challenge!

5 /5 Katrina Flores: I am a travel nurse from the south and had not had my hair touched in years, when I came to Spokane I wanted my hair done and did a lot of research and came across Hair by Hailey. I read reviews and decided to give her a try and boy am I glad I did. Hailey knows about colors and she knew exactly what I wanted when I was telling her, she is hands down the best and I wish I could take her back to Mississippi with me. If you are needing your hair done, I highly recommend going to see her, you won’ be disappointed.❤️❤️❤️❤️

It’s very fine and breaks easily. I feel completely confident and safe with her which is saying a lot for me! She is an amazing colorist, but her haircuts are top notch as well.
