I was nervous going in but Jessica reassured me and she gave me EXACTLY what I asked for. On top of all this, she is so sweet and hilarious! The entire staff is fantastic. 1 /5 Kelsey Carmody: Ive gotten my hair cut here by a few people, as my original stylist left the salon shortly after I saw her. Every time Ive gotten my hair cut here it has ended up shorter than I want because the stylists are not properly trained on how curly hair works. The front desk gal, Kaiti, was an absolute delight and was very apologetic when I was unsatisfied with my length.

She is very knowledgeable. She will be honest with you about what your hair will and wont do or what precisely it will take to accomplish your request. Shes aces in my book.
