5 /5 Stephanie Simmons: What a pleasure it was to have my hair cut, foiled and styled by Miranda! The staff was amazing, the owner is incredibly talented and I love the outcome! I am new to the area and it was my first visit, but they all made me feel so welcome. All the staff were fully engaged with the clients and there was so much laughter and good vibes that I was thoroughly entertained! If people arent getting their services done at Diamond Beauty, they are definitely missing out!

I went there for my first time two months ago and got my haircut with Michaela, and she did an amazing job… my hair stayed in place for two months (and I have a short cut), plus she is a super nice person. Yesterday I went back to trim my haircut and also fix my nails with Ellie. I am super enthusiastic about my nails, Ellie did an amazing job, and I couldn’t be more happy with the result. I just love this place, super clean, good vibes, nice people, affordable prices and PROFESSIONAL. I live in Spokane but I don’t mind driving 30 mins to go there.. absolutely worth it!

I got an all over color with different colored tips and a haircut. All the staff were great from start to finish, 100% recommend giving them a try! Super chill experience.

Virginia Fabbe: Very unhappy with my perm and how I was treated when I returned to discuss. I specifically said I wanted curls, not waves, when choosing the rods. Result was very mild waves. Of course it looked curly immediately after and she only lightly picked it out and sent me on my way I returned to the shop in two days to discuss and same stylist told me that there were very nice waves and dismissed all my concerns. She said she was happy with the service provided. $120 plus 20% tip. I visited my regular hairdresser for a trim a week later and she said I should get my money back. That was not my goal. However I was offered absolutely nothing. Not even “I’m sorry you are not happy” I would not recommend

She works hard, spends the time to get things PERFECT, and is so fun and friendly. Also, I absolutely LOVE the boutique at the salon; the people who select the the clothes, jewelry, purses, shoes, etc. have great taste. I found the only pair of jeans that actually fits my body like a glove at this boutique!
