2 /5 Virginia Fabbe: Very unhappy with my perm and how I was treated when I returned to discuss. I specifically said I wanted curls, not waves, when choosing the rods. Result was very mild waves. Of course it looked curly immediately after and she only lightly picked it out and sent me on my way I returned to the shop in two days to discuss and same stylist told me that there were very nice waves and dismissed all my concerns. She said she was happy with the service provided. $120 plus 20% tip. I visited my regular hairdresser for a trim a week later and she said I should get my money back. That was not my goal. However I was offered absolutely nothing. Not even “I’m sorry you are not happy” I would not recommend

1 /5 TheGardenKat: Literally the worst color job I’ve ever had done. $200 to look like I have a year worth of grow out. It’s so bad it’s laughable. Stylist maybe said 5 words in the 3 hours this took. What I asked for vs what I got…..

5 /5 Megan: The gentleman who answered the phone & explained the different services provided was very friendly & helpful in booking a surprise facial for my mom. The lovely Chauntel did an amazing job. My mom had such a great time chatting with her & was very pleased with her facial. Parking is easy & free. The salon was cute, clean & decorated so fun & festively for Halloween. A great experience overall.

1 /5 Wendi Standley: The salon stylists are good but they have bad customer service. The owner flat out told me they don’t have to accommodate clients anymore and if our schedules don’t work with our current stylists then they will switch is around to whoever may or may not Be available the next time. I pay a lot to get my hair done and I don’t like the switch and bait attitude.
