Liv: I hadnt had my hair cut by someone else since 2020, and I was super anxious about my visit. Ive always dealt with a lot of anxiety surrounding my hair, and have felt completely unheard during numerous visits to other salons. Shasta alleviated all of that. She asked me exactly what I wanted, explained to me some of the limitations of my hair and how we could navigate that, and then she took the time to explain exactly what she was going to do. All while being absolutely delightful, funny, and kind. I was going from a shoulder-length side shave to a pixie cut, so it was a pretty massive change. I received the best haircut Ive ever had in my life, and went from being super embarrassed about the state of my hair to loving how I looked. Shasta was so awesome! Ill definitely be coming back for haircuts.
