1 /5 Jane H: So disappointed! Hair appointment was scheduled 8 weeks ago for a trip out of town. I contacted by Marian about 2 hours prior and told she couldnāt make it. She offered 2 other appointments: one I had a work conflict and the other I would be out of town. Hair appointments are important to me, I plan my schedule around them. Marian seemed upset with me that I couldnāt accommodate her last minute schedule change. It is not accurate to paint the picture that this situation was MY fault and that I as not understanding. Be clear, there was NO medical emergency; Marion said SHE made a scheduling error. Plz donāt use the āmedical emergencyā excuse when it is not the case. Again, as the customer, I am portrayed in a poor light. Maybe to correct the situation this business should tell the truth and treat their customers better.
