    SS: Wayyyy too thick. My nails look terrible. I got dip powder and its so thick my nails look like giant circles. I was so excited to finally get them done and Im just sad every time I look at them now. My old place was closed today, but Ill be going back to them instead. The people were nice but no attention to detail.

    Shirlea Fletcher: Excellent nail techs. Polite, efficient, & creative. You can tell the girls take pride in their work. As they should. Prices are more than reasonable for the awesome results. For pictures - you can tell I dont typically do a lot of add-ons. But I think theres something to be said about taking a simple set request and knocking it out of the park every time. The green was my set for my wedding and I got so many compliments. The pink/grey ombre was a Halloween look and that one was also well-loved.

    Samantha: I had made an appointment with them, I needed to cancel it to own personal things, I had been trying to get in contact with them multiple times a week before my appointment. I even texted multiple times with their number. I finally went in person after leaving 6 voicemails and a couple text messages. When I got there, the lady was sitting at the front desk. Ignoring calls and text messages. I asked to reschedule and did that in person. I decided to cancel my appointment about a week ago because I found a better salon. I still haven’t heard from them about cancelling my appointment. They have horrible communication with their potential clients and it’s just not worth the trouble to even take time out of my way to support their business. Will not be recommending them.

    Stephanie Choe: First time, and now it wont be the last. Andrea was so great. I loved that she only does appointments because it makes you feel like youre getting all her attention without feeling like theyre rushing. Came in to get my wedding nails done, and she performed magic. My cuticles are always dry because hand sanitizer and gloves, so she even sent me home with some cuticle oil. She was so detailed and meticulous on every step. Her studio is also so clean, and everything was in sanitized bags before using. Recommending to everyone!

    Kristin Stransky: Tatyana is so awesome and extremely informative. I went in for a consultation trying to decide what type of facial/treatment I needed and left there knowing so much more. I feel really good about my next appt with her and will even consider doing waxing there also, I can’t wait! She is genuine and honest with you and that’s what I like most about her. She’s real with you, no BS and I appreciate that. :)

    Liberty Johansen: I went in this past Saturday with an inspo picture for how I wanted my nails done for my wedding. When I left I didnt love how they turned out cause they didnt compare to the picture I had shown them. My mom took me back today and explained the situation and they were so kind and fixed it for me free of charge. They were so sweet and kind! We tried tipping Hong (the nail tech who fixed my nails) but the tip was refused. She was just happy to help and get my nails how I wanted them.

    Lacey Huntley: I came into your salon Thursday evening to get a gel manicure and my brows waxed. The appointment started out fine but I’m 99% sure that the gal that did my nails did not understand anything I was saying or asking for. Which wasn’t an issue at first. But as she was painting my nails she did 3 coats of color on my left hand and only 1 coat on the other hand. I tried to let her know that she only did one on my right hand and there are spots on my nails that you can see my nails because she didn’t do the second coat. I also let her know that my nails are pretty thin naturally so after she used the dremel they really needed that second coat of color so they wouldn’t break. She just ignored me and started with the top coat. At the time I just let it go cause I thought would be fine and I’m not normally one to complain. But as soon as I got home I broke two nails opening a chip bag. Then Sunday I broke another nail opening my door to my house. I had to file down the broken nails so they weren’t sharp. Also on the thumb on my left hand, the nail polish is not cured to my nail correctly due to the polish being too thick since it wasn’t cured between the 2nd and 3rd coat. I have sent 2 emails and a voicemail without any responses. I live almost 2 hours away which is why I haven’t walked into the shop to talk about this problem.

Extremely friendly and welcoming environment. They always do an amazing job on my nails, their attention to detail is immaculate. I recommend this place to everyone and CONSTANTLY get compliments on my nails. I added pictures of different ways Ive have my nails done there and also a picture of my friends nails and my moms as well. All done at the same place. If you are wondering if they have skills or can do fancy nails, the answer is YES. My friends nails are the ones that are white and blue, they do all of it free hand and its beautiful. 100% recommend this place!!

Other websites offer it, but they are not the real deal and I could tell the difference in my skin. M Spa makes it easy to order and they really care about their customers. Talking on the phone to them, its clear they really want to help with whatever skin concerns you have and they are very knowledgable about all the products they offer.
